ladyram
anyone been watching Britains best bakery? who has tried some of these weird breads? WALNUT AND ORANGE/ FFS What the weirdist bread you tried and how was it? I watch Bbb, but just not a massive fan of Peter Sidwell, he's too bloody booooorin. Some breads on there I think people just try and get a result with, the one you mention being one of them, they work better in cakes. There have been some good ones though which I'd like to try, especially the fruit breads. Fwiw, I reckon any one of the French competitors might win Britains Best Bakery, they are sweet genious's but I reckon Brits take the bread title. I'd like to see more demmos from both judges, especially Mich as cakes are more my thing. I want to see them do the Bakers Dozen challenge at the same time as the bakeries and compare the end results all together.

Grimbeard
Don't think me brain's Nimble enought to think if any more bread based clubs, I'll probably get a cob on if I try. So what about footballers? Steve Bloomer's an obvious favourite, but I'm also partial to an Alan Durbun.
