You're right, we only want players like Sammon that work hard and offer little elso so we can further secure our status as mid table specialists. A luxury we can't afford the way we play. I hope Jeff's season isn;t remembered for that dip in form. It would be harsh if it was. He's a young lad and was going to dip at some point. He didn't suddenly become a poor player, he was just struggling to reproduce his early form. He's not been as influential the last couple of games either. Since he got over that dip though, for the most part he's been sensational. That's how I'll remember this Jeff Hendrick season, the one where he showed just how good he might become. Hundreds of players that have flair and ability that won't go missing in games like Bueno did. Might aswell play with 10 men through the winter than have him. Let's get Cywka back too whilst we're at it, he was in that team with flair and ability. Another reason why we did f-all that year. Probably the reason he'll end up a L1 player in 2 weeks time.
