ChaddesdenRam
Ward injured Bryson injured Barker injured Brayford injured Hughes injured Roberts injured Not bad position in the league and a recent win of 3. 1 game at a time. Ipswich at home will be tough but most certainly winnable.
Srg
Ipswich - L Blackburn - L Barnsley - D P'Boro - W Blackpool - D Millwall - W Is my realistic guess. Optimism says maybe get a win out of Barnsley and a draw out Ipswich for 4 more points.
ChaddesdenRam
If we do a reading and have a late season charge there is a chance. 6 games left 6 wins is ACTUALLY a real possibility.
randombc
If we win our 3 home games, which is fairly reasonable, that will see us onto 60 points, and not far off last season point tally.

Srg
Did we get 63 points last season? So we would need at least 3 wins to get that?
rynny
I meant over the easter weekend. Forest haven't won and Brighton still to play. A couple more bad results and Palace might start to look catchable!point still stands, both couldn't have took full 6 points.
ariotofmyown
point still stands, both couldn't have took full 6 points. i know. thats why i said 'if one of them fails to win'. Forest have already failed to do that. brighton will also fail to do that unless they win tomorrow.
gcdcfc28
Can see us getting something out of all the remaining games, bar Blackburn.

Bris Vegas
I'll be very suprised if we win more than we lose.. It's a regular theme under NC since he's been here.. Lose more than we win.
Mr Tibbs
A bit better than Paul Jewell's percentage of win/lose though. PROGRESS.
zaragozaram
God this league is ridiculous. Doing the BBC predictor I can make a case for Derby nicking the last play off spot on 66 points!! or being relegated on 55. In all probability it will be 10th-12th on 60/61 points
blackNwhites
I like these threads. Based on nothing but optimism, I predict.. Birmingham (A) - W Leicester (H) - D Bristol City (H) - W Leeds United (A) - W Ipswich (H) - D Blackburn (A) - L Barnsley (A) - W Peterborough (H) - W Blackpool (A) - W Milwall (H) - W 23 points from 30, no problem. That will leave us on 68 points and in 8th position (probably). What's everybody else's predictions? 50%... That's gotta count for something, right....right? dcfc84
if we win all the remaining 4 games we will have 66 points and would be in the play offs sitting
ariotofmyown
If things had gone a little bit better for us this season we could of easily had 6 more points and been right on edge of playoffs. A bit rougher luck and we'd have been in relegation zone. The difference this would make on the judgement of how well Nigel has done at Derby would be massive. Same for most other clubs this season. Has the managerial merry-go-round caused so many teams to be as close, or have we seen so many changes because there is no difference between teams. The parachute payments don't seem to be helping the relegated teams much either. Perhaps these payments are only good for putting towards fullfilling existing player's contracts. And could our 11 point record possibly be under threat next year?
