I think we need to be realistic. We are second in the table. What more can we ask for? He's doing a good job and we all need to get behind him and the lads.

Hopefully we can sign him up in the summer but unfortunately it's all in Cardiffs hands.

It's important to maintain some degree of continuity given the togetherness that's obviously been fostered within the squad.

I agree. We need to evolve and improve the sqaud not rip it up for team cohesion.

I think the tweet has been taken out of context to be fair.

Paul also said he wanted a younger more athletic sqaud but he would want to retain some of the more experienced players (while others will naturally move on). There will big changes to the sqaud in the summer regardless of the division but there will also be large part of the current sqaud we will obviously look to retain.
