Letting Osula go back to Sheff Utd and not bringing in a replacement, leaving us with only 2 recognised strikers, is costing us big time.
Plus I agree... Collins is one of the worst all round strikers I've seen in a Derby shirt. Good in the air... rubbish at almost everything else.
Did you ever watch Derek Hales?
Collins is the spit of him.
-
Defence is like watching the key stone cops!
-
Sheff Weds and Plymouth have only dropped 17 PTS and 20 PTS all season I cannot see them dropping another 11 PTS from the remaining 15 games. So yes it's 3rd again for me.
Now it's a case now of winning the play offs and on the day can beat anyone in this league.

My god Collins does remind me of Derek Hales.

Currently 5th in the table even though it’s 0-0
Only 13 PTS off autos then

24 hours later to gather my thoughts....
Yes, he shouldn't have been sent off, but there again why pull him down when there was cover?
Yes, we scored two fabulous goals but overall it was a non league side that made us look very poor.
That 90 minute performance was awful- we do need to improve a hell of a lot if we think we are capable of promotion this season.

Home or away, we should be beating Morecambe if we want to be challenging near the top. They are absolute gubbins.
You have to remember we are only a good mid table league one side.
We are a million miles away from being a promotion team.

Still along way to go for us to improve as a team.
At the moment we still look like a good mid table team. Promotion looks a million miles off.

COYR, let's go and get two or three more.

PE teacher who turned Brad Johnson from the fittest player at the club to unfit in about 4 months and fell out with Morris because he hid the brand new gym equipment Mel had bought.
And here's me thinking you are on about the fella who's job it was just to put cones out on the training pitch.
I always thought he would never make a coach whilst he had a hole in is ass.

I think it's done as a thing for coaches as well, or as a "you don't really have to,but you kinda do" thing.
I remember Paul Clement being evasive about it...
Paul who? ?

Who really cares as long as we get out of this league.
In the new manager I have faith.
-
Dyche would be great, although I would have to have earplugs at hand for when he opens his mouth.?
-
At the beginning of the season the bookies looked at our signings and quite rightly said favourites for automatic promotion. Since then it's been pretty good at home apart from the Plymouth game, Away from home absolutely dreadful. LR has been given all the new signings he wanted but the performances don't reflect the quality in depth we have.
It's a results game and the results have not been good enough.
The worrying thing is he was coaching the side so that would have to change too.
Bring in someone who has man- management skills, we do have a very good side , on paper far to good for league 1, but the performances and results don't reflect the quality we have.

COYR we can get a second!

Odd changes
We seem to have an odd temporary coach too.?

Did say there's a pattern to our play.
A change is needed.
-
For me LR has 90 minutes to get a result.
Lose today and he should be shown the door, we have slowly become too predictable and as such there is a pattern now.
A win will lift the players as a team, defeat and we need new manager.

He’ll be given the chance to improve surely. don’t think any decisions will be made before the World Cup.
He’ll be hoping things will fall into place. It’s unlikely they will, because his approach doesn’t really work for these players.
So it needs a change of formation, to get more out of Bird, to play to Knight’s strengths and to secure our possession higher up the pitch. Not sure that’ll happen though
At this rate our season will be over before we get to the world cup.
There is a pattern to our play that has to change.

It's obvious we need a change of manager!
