Sometimes you can have a great performance on the field and the result goes against you,  but performances like these are worrying. I see nothing out there that says promotion this season.

And a gap is already starting.

This is quite worrying.

We don't look like a team capable of promotion this season.

I was hoping for us to be better than an average league 1 side.

With Derek Hales sorry I mean Collins still getting a game this will not happen.

No excuses we are just not good enough.

Let us try and emulate Ipswich and get the autos next season.

I do think Barnsley will rest a couple of players ready for their play off matches.

We need to get something from the Wendies game. A win would be most welcome. And that would be a confidence booster for the play off games against the Wendies.

For me if we are in league 1 next season I would love us to emulate Ipswich who have lost only 4 games this season.

And go up in the autos next season.

Bolton have a game in hand and better fixtures to play.

We haven't done too bad considering we have the least number of squad players in the division.

Although wouldn't like to play Wendies, Ipswich or Plymouth in the play offs. 

2 wins from the last 9 says it all really.

Not too sure many teams win the play offs when they are in relegation form?

It's out of our hands now, we can win all four and still not make into them.

Our form is horrendous.

This was the game we had to get 3 PTS from.

With Peterborough getting losing 2-0,  so it's a game we really need to win today.

Peterborough 2 PTS in front, 

Same PTS as Bolton but they have a game in hand.

5 games left but we have to play Portsmouth and Wendys in them, also we are in "relegation" form at the moment.

I would say if we don't win against Bristol tomorrow it's game set and match and another season in the 3rd division.

Looks like another season in the 3rd Division of English Football.

It might not be a bad thing, we get time to sort out the team and build for  automatic promotion next season.

Ipswich 2 up

Looking at the remaining fixtures I think Peterborough have a decent run in apart from Ipswich and Barnsley but both of those too will have cemented there play off spot before their games.

We can't afford to lose again over Easter as that could spell curtains for us getting into the play offs.

To be honest, we have struggled against the better teams in league 1, Plymouth, Wendy's, Barnsley, Ipswich. It does look at times like we need  another season in league 1 and performance like today prove it.
