Hull is a fabulous place now.  The Quay area is great.  

There's a very comfortable Holiday Inn at the marina. Rooms with balconies overlooking the water.

If people who want to stand choose tickets towards the back and people who want to sit do so lower down there's no problem.
It's those idiots who buy seats second row up and then stand throughout that make me mad. These days you get to choose your exact seat so I am presuming they are too thick to understand where the front is on the website plan.

Just got home from match. Great feeling, win on the road. Missed these night away games a lot.
We watched from a private box, mid-goal - great view! 
Even missed sitting in the roadworks on the way home.
Football is back!

this needed saying. 
I can understand when it’s a moment of high drama or a goal celebration.. but ALL the time in a seated area I’ve never liked.  
 
I come from an era of SEATS or STANDING. no inbetweens. As has been said above it’s also unfair to block the view of any juniors/elderly/infirm/short arses. ?

I have been to all the games home and away and pre season games plus two under 23 games, I am in Hull now for tonight’s game and have got my tickets for the the next two games, have I lost interest, probably not.

Yes I  identify with  this ,  now 60 plus age ,travel a round trip of 25 miles . Not too far    but when I  could stay home  and watch on tv . Other thing's  in life etc . I could easily make excuses . But the orher side is  I  may not be able to go in a few years  , so whilst I  still can , I  will

My experience of these incidents in the past is that it is usually one drunken yob, with maybe one or two lackeys half heartedly joining in because they daren't do otherwise.
A lot of people around looking embarrassed, angry, some challenging and getting told to duck off. I know, I have been that person being sworn at in the past. 
Wasn't anywhere near the incident last week but I would have reported it. 
We will weed them out.

I'm not sure you can blame the club for this.
As has been the case for many years, we have a small minority of fans who are racist, homophobic, sexist, ageist, disablist, foul-mouthed - you name it.
However, we are now in the best position we have ever been in with the club encouraging us to report the offenders and they will act on this. These aren't Twitter keyboard warriors,  these are real people with a ticket record. I understand the club are already aware and taking action on today's abuse.
One 'fan' is one too many. Do what I do, report it.
