Happened to see Highlights of Miami v Charlotte last night. Charlotte had Joswiak playing left back. 
Even the Americans have figured out he's hopeless as a winger.

Haven't had a string of foreign  players since Burely and growing up, apart from the 96/97 team, it was my favourite derby team. Rasiak and Idiakez in particular were absolute class 👌
Idiakez was that class, I can even remember the boots he used to wear, White Joma's lol

I think that’s exactly what he’ll do. But I can’t see these tactics getting a team like us automatic promotion. Maybe I’m wrong. I just think against decent teams at home we need to be more creative. Saying that. Perhaps it will be enough for play offs and perhaps we can sneak up with warne one way or another. Fingers crossed!!

The way I read it was that we’ve got a chance of a top 2 finish, FA Cup QF minimum and I think he was trying to say they’ve already booked the hotel for the Papa Johns trophy.

No we can handle the truth, but Warne cannot it seems. It's going to take a lot to forget him throwing players under the bus as an excuse for a poor display! The most obvious question might be why didn't a manger who lays such store in 'man-management' know that his players were affected? 
Anyway, whilst we keep winning that will be the bigger truth. 😄

I think you are! Dont see why he would be ashamed at all anyway.  Paul is a down to earth football manager. He cant have not seen or been told about the negative vibes online generally and we dont know what has happened within the club, if anything.  Football is brutal and would be odd if he wasnt a bit quieter yesterday. Hopefully tigger gets his bounce back very soon

Declan Rice doesn’t score goals and seldom creates any. I don’t think he tackles that often either. Does that mean he’s not a footballer either?
 
The problem is that Max is a CDM and we have two other CDMs in the same team. Take out hourihane and Smith and play a couple of players who are more comfortable going forward and have bags of energy and Max will look a different (much better) player.

I think that was a horrendous error suggesting players have had their heads turned. Max Bird is a Derby lad and loves the club and most commentators think he’s capable of playing at a higher level. Notwithstanding he’s still with us and I don’t for a minute believe that he’s not trying or his mind is not in the game. He strikes me a a consummate professional.
I suspect that since Max is such a laid back character he will not have an issue with what Paul Warne has said. However, tbh, if it was me, I would be giving him both barrels if he’d said that about me and my character. A low trick and very very disappointing. If anything is going to make a player turn his head it’s this kind of behaviour from his manager. I just hope Warne apologises to the player and they can all move forward.

He holds his position, receives and makes passes. He’s a ‘tidy’’ footballer.
The issue we have is he is one of three pretty similar midfielders and that doesn’t work.

I’m a fan of Thommo. His turn against Fulham a couple of seasons ago prior to planges goal was legendary. Bags of energy and looks after the ball well. I really hope he does well second half. We need some positives.

We are ahead on the only stat that matters

I don’t want him out. I want him to rethink his approach to home games and be a bit less arrogant eg talking about what it takes to win leagues. Other than that I’m happy to be patient and turn it round.

Collo hattrick second half, 3-2 derby

I am off to bed as I’m starting work at 4am tomorrow, but I won’t miss any more midweek matches because of work as I retire on Friday.
I’m thinking of using my pension lump sum to by a pair of boots as I’ll have plenty pf time to turn up at training. I know I’m 66 but surely I can do better than this lot.

I wish we'd gone bust.
