Thanks @angieram ?
"They" do still prefer it if you stay away from the public for 5 days (10days for the more vulnerable), but you're right, it's no longer compulsory. We've got out for a few laps around The Racecourse this week, when we've felt up to it. Ended up WFH all week, when the initial plan last weekend was to hopefully be back by Weds/Thurs.
Symptoms ("Flu-like") have been up and down. Groggy, snotty and achy one day, "Almost fine" the next. Then a step back again!
This morning (touch wood) is probably the first time I've felt physically up for going, in all honesty. Wouldn't have even been tempted up to yesterday, as I've just not felt well enough.
Yes, technicality I am free to go today, but one coughing bout, and that NE corner will empty faster than being 4 down on 70mins in a play-off first leg! ?
It may not be contagious, but it sure as hell sounds it! ?
Not helpedby being surrounded by a good number of kiddies and pensioners! (AKA, "The more vulnerable"!)
Sometimes it's just nice to do "The right thing", even if the opposite doesn't mean you'd be doing "The wrong thing". (I know what I mean!)
Back to work Monday, and hopefully back to normal thereafter.
Enjoy the game. Give 'em a cheer for me! ?

Fear not, my wife and I will make up the numbers. Don’t get down too often but currently having it large in the cosy club, (yep. we’re crazy kids!) and will rock the north stand tomorrow. COYR.

48 hours reacted to Jimbo Ram in Who was the last player we spent a fee on and when?
I was meant to be working today so this was a bit of a distraction ? Having done a bit of research, it seems like our wage bill is still one of the biggest in the division, bigger than Plymouth for example, despite the restrictions and slightly surprisingly, other than Ipswich, few teams seem to have spent anything on fees over the last year or so. If someone has some different stats please let me know. The case for how we have been disadvantaged by the restrictions isn’t quite as clear cut as I thought it was ?

Get better soon me owd. I'll steer clear as I've still not had it either. Over here, today is the last day the test stations are open. All closing as CV19 is now no worse than the flu. No need for testing or further rounds of vaccination. Good news.
Fleetwood? Here's a song for the South Stand to greet their fans with...
Bus Stop in Blackpool, you're just a bus stop in Blackpool, bus stop in Blackpool, you're just a bus stop in Blackpool.

Well, I'll be knocking one off... the attendance figure!
Been Man-Flu'd up since last Friday evening, and tested +ve for covid every morning since! Muckerette too, since Monday am.
Just about rid myself of symptoms now, but those two pink lines means I really should think of others, and stay away.
Give the lads a big "C'mon Derby" from me! ?
Managed to keep covid-clear until now. I knew I'd catch up once it was no longer fashionable! ?

I'd go with the below to start with:
Wildsmith
Rooney Forsyth Cashin Roberts
Smith Bird
Mendez-Laing Sibley Dobbin
McGoldrick
With Hourihane coming on for Bird and Collins coming on for Didzy if they tire.
Also... Congrats to Fozzy for breaking into our top 30 appearance makers of all time with 300 appearances. Takes some doing in modern football! I imagine he'd be closer to 400 too if it wasn't for a couple of bad injuries.
COYR! ?

It just hasn't happened for the lad for whatever reason. Turning down Southampton to come to us, he obviously thought he was going to play first team football, not chucked out into non league.

Nice to see a familiar face as his new manager.

You may have a point there, most teams in this division have a couple of tall 6'5" centre backs, which deal with our high balls with ease, 2 no10s could be a bit more of a challenge on the turf.

Brighton are having a great season with 2 players in the No10 position and 2 wide players . Plymouth often play with 3 players at no10. Sibley and McGoldrick can finish . So get them the ball in the box. Warne can try things out against the pudding teams. Can’t do much worse against the top six.

I do see your point but on the other hand, that quirk can actually keep dressing rooms together. An affection for the “boss” having a personality rather than a dry tactician./ PE Teacher ( here he goes again - laugh emoji etc etc ) They know he’s serious but if the message is delivered to a group of young men in terms that they relate to then it has to be good. The world has changed .. a boss is still a boss but they have to have a link with the group beyond status and pecking orders.

We need to utilise Sibley and his talent more. Look at some of his goals this season, the 2 on Saturday and the one in the cup spring to mind, how many top players can finish with such quality with their 'wrong' foot? None of them were a lucky swing, they were all very deliberate finishes. I've lost count of the number of times, over the years, that I see a golden opportunity falling to a player on his 'wrong' foot, you before he's struck the ball that it'll have more chance of hitting the corner flag than the back of the net.
On that subject, for some years now clubs have been coaching kids from a very early age, why aren't they coached to be able to kick the ball with both feet?

This is the bit that a few haven't always seemed to grasp. Super young player that he is, he's not at a place yet where he can displace the POTY in waiting. We all know what he's capable of, but he has to deliver it with the consistency he showed in his academy days. Those two strikes on Saturday were very much of that vintage and he certainly has the ability to fill the inevitable void when Didzy hangs up his boots. If, by some mad stroke of luck, we can hang onto Louie, Max and Jason for another couple of years, we definitely be in a better place than now and by a fair way, I reckon.

After watching the highlights I think that Aghatise was unlucky to be red-carded ..
