Wayne was not happy with the Admin team in his post match interview. Lack of communication was a problem and he wants to know where the transfer fees are going.
All they have to tell him is operating costs, they are running the club and don't have to tell the manager anything.

I should've added "the administrators selling players without the manager's knowledge, let alone agreement".
I thought Rooney made a statement saying no player would leave without his say so.

You only have to go back 3 or 4 pages to see some of the comments as to why he’s entitled to move.
Football is a fickle game at times, opinions change so quickly. Toms gone from so many piling in and slating him, to almost hero status in a few months.
I’m just pleased he’s proven a few people wrong, he might not be on it 90 minutes, every game, but without him we’d be sunk and almost out of it by now. Whenever he goes, I just hope it’s with an happy ending.
You can't beat a happy ending...... but in all seriousness Tom will want to resurrect his international career and i don't see him doing that with us especially if we drop a division.

Thank you
I was replying to your post that they are almost as poo as they are tinpot, they beat us 2 - 0 so by your logic what does that make us. It's not me being argumentative.

People were saying that Boro'/WW would drop their claims after the transfer window shut, well that hasn't happened.
I still think there is a smoking gun somewhere, genuine question, how deep do the arbiters delve before coming to their decision.
I wouldn't imagine they just sit round a table discussing the ifs and buts.

You can't be designated creditor status based on the probability of something happening in the future. It's ludicrous and only the EFL could preside over such a shambolic state of affairs.
I am not on about something which may happen in the future.

So if their claim had been £100 million? £500m? They have just invented a number.
I didn't mention a figure i said if arbitration finds in their favour they then become football creditors.

They are not creditors, football or non football. The definition of a creditor is a person or company to whom money is owing.
Surely if they win the arbitration claim and we owe Boro money that makes them football creditors

Might have it wrong but I get the feeling the arbitration is to decide if it is a football debt or not. If it is not the administrators will use the cram down method and give them nothing. If it is football debt then it goes to court to get it thrown out as they have no standing
Does anyone know the process of arbitration, e.g. what is looked at to get to the result, it certainly isn't just a formality saying sorry you don't have a claim.

Not much different here, other than to further reinforce that the EFL will eventually be under some serious scrutiny.
They have got their own problems to deal with 1st.

This was being withheld as a result of us not paying a transfer instalment due - this was sorted and we've now had the TV money, I'm sure.
While we are in administration the EFL retain the tv money from the live matches in the possibility the club gets liquidated.

Genuine question. What legal route are you thinking WE could go down? It’s them threatening to sue us so wouldn’t we have to wait for them to take action which they can’t whilst we’re in administration?
I was just replying to the post about a civil court case
At the moment it's a stalemate, the EFL are suggesting they are football creditors with the administrators disagreeing, lets hope arbitration sorts it out, what happens if the result goes against us?. I don't think it would be in our interest in any case for us to take the court route.
-

Fairly certain that Boro & Wycombe owners both know that their case would have less than zero chance of success in a civil court. They wont want to go down the legal route.
Surely if the EFL are saying they are football creditors it is up to us to go down the legal route.

I don't see how Nixon can say we would start in league Two,if we are liquidated we are expelled from the Football League, lets hope it doesn't come to that.
