Chris, Tom and Cutch assess the defensive calamities against Oxford United and Blackpool, before breathing a big sigh of relief as Martyn Waghorn's second goal in as many games made it two wins from four in League One.

We also assess exactly what's needed to make a defensive three at the back successful - and what Derby need to do to improve. There's chat too on the possibly-departing Eiran Cashin, his value, and whether we'd be able to replace him, and a collective facepalm at Derby's early injury crisis, with Max Bird, Joe Ward and Kane Wilson all sidelined for at least two months.
