Although I respect that you should be able to voice your opinion, even if I don’t agree with quite a lot you say, what I do not agree with are phrases and comments like “the mentality he installs in them”. You are are not at the training ground or in the dressing room prior to a game. You cannot possibly know what is said to them. I have never heard Warne say after a game where we haven’t played well, that that was how he told them to play. I have never heard a player say “that was how we were told to play”. Quite the contrary he appears to say he wants them to play like Man City, Liverpool play I.e. high energy and press to get the ball back) which can’t be a bad philosophy, even if we haven’t got the skill levels to attain that yet. Every one say he won’t cope in the Championship, but with better players he might.
It is just your supposition which backs up your wish for Warne to leave. Give me actual facts etc to back up your argument and I will agree with you on those, but not guesswork.

Today sums up our season, lack of quality in the final third.

I'm of the opinion that the use of the laughing emoticon just because you disagree with someone (as opposed to finding something genuinely funny) is the signature of a sub-standard intellect incapable of elucidating a coherent counter-argument.

I didn’t watch the game, but I believe we had something like 700 passes and 30-odd shots at goal with almost 80% possession. 
I thought the majority wanted Warne out because we didn’t play in that manner more often? It’s hard for a manager to have total control over situations in football games, it’s not FIFA, all he can really do is set up a team in a way that generates the most possession, opportunities and the players are liable for the rest. 
Again, without watching the game, but just looking at the box score, I’m not sure how you can blame Warne for this?

NML was in a class of his own today. If he hadn’t been, we would have lost by at least those two goals! whilst he was on the pitch I was able to keep optimistic, even with only a few minutes to go. Thank you for making it a decent match when it could have been a real embarrassment.
NML kept launching Hinton style crosses into the box, and it is only because we do not have a Hector or O’Hare that every centre was messed up today! It is interesting that he also had to play a real captain’s role and score twice to draw the match. 
We will probably win the replay and hope to have a decent performance against Bristol. Although I hope the FA Cup does not become an unnecessary distraction.

Was at the game, think,the telly put on a different game to the one I was watching judging by the hysteria again on here , a good cup tie , defensive errors , lower league club on verge of upset, fight back at the end, dominant display from the Rams , Crewe defended like lions and made it difficult for us but the lads stuck at it and deserved a replay

The only thing not working today was our ability to put it in the net blaming Warne absolutely baffles me
