A little bit of controversy here.

I knew what he meant, But it would appear there's those out there that want to put in the same bracket Mens football and Womens football.
My take on it, The Mens game is more physical, Faster, Skillfull, Where as the Womens game a lot less physical, Not as fast but a fare bit of skill.
Apparently using the term "mans game" has hit a nerve with some folk, Is there a line to be drawn, Should Souness have said "it's was a hard game"? instead of "a mans game"
I still think it's a mans game where women have made huge strides...but it will not match mens football in my lifetime ?
Watch the witch hunt begin and Souness be branded a vile sexist pig until he apologies or is forced to resign.

How many left for Fleetwood does anyone know? Wondering if it makes it to away memberships

Came in for the last few games last season after a few 'fans' decided to throw bottles around
I've taken bottles in since then had my bag checked and no one said anything

Shrewsbury away sorted, but due to the time of the last train anyone is welcome to use my ticket to watch the last 20 minutes. ?
Considering going but getting back from anywhere midweek on the train is a near impossibility nowadays so it's either stay over or like you say miss some of the game to make that train.

would love to go to shrewsbury but i can't see them going to general sale. If anyone has a spare or has membership but doesn't want to go, I'd be v.grateful if you could use your fan ID and I'll pay for the ticket?
Nobody should do this because it isn’t fair on other away members who may be trying for tickets (no offence to you Leeds Ram)

I mentioned it before but I was actually questioning my sanity on the twenty minute walk back to the hotel in pouring rain and pain in my dodgy knees and thinking this is supposed to be fun ?

I once went to Plymouth away with two broken legs a broken arm and temporary loss of sight and hearing and I walked there and back on my own.

I would very much doubt it.
Do people who are complaining realise the commitment these people who go to 15 or 20+ away games in season?
Especially last season when they got very few results for their efforts.
The cost is massive, for me and my lad to go to an away game you’re looking at something between £100-250, hotels, train fares, fuel, food and drinks etc., but time commitments as well, you’ve got to make it your priority above virtually everything else in your life.
Blackburn away on a Tuesday night when we’ve lost however many away games on the trot takes massive commitment.
id gladly give up my ticket if I got one and someone in the 15-20+ bracket didn’t.
Who was complaining?

They might use a different method next season so it might not matter how many you go to this season

I think this could be the death of civilisation as we know it. Women will finally realise what they always suspected. They are superior to men, even in an area men have tried to keep to themselves.
If you’re a man feeling a bit meh about their achievement, it’s probably because you feel a little emasculated by girl power.
The Lionesses have done what the dopey, overpaid men’s team, with their stupid haircuts and choreographed goal celebrations, couldn’t.
In a game in which, let’s face it, they were being outplayed towards full time, they managed to turn it around and not only score, but see out the game.
Good luck to them.
