Be very careful when in Glass houses. Yes some of their fans let themselves and their club down. We have a trip to Boro on the horizon. I hope to god we can be proud of 100% of our fans afterwards. The vast majority were fine as always is the case. Let’s not vilify an entire fan base based on the retarded minority

The problem is the EFL do not apply their rules in a consistent manner the rules are interpreted and applied on a case-by-case basis according to what suits the particular EFL agenda at the time
I have edited the first sentence of your post; I think it should read as follows ?
The problem is and has been all along that the EFL won’t determine on Boro/Wycombe because they say they have to look after themselves, to the detriment Derby County .

Please don't display anti Quantuma banners on the march.
We as DCFC fans need to show that we are sticking together and we need Quantuma on side with that, who are obviously doing their best in very difficult circumstances.

I’m a little too old for marching with a banner but if I had to make one it would read

There was once a Football club named Derby COUNTY
This is a book no one wants to read

We can’t prove it wasn’t however,  Boro and Wycombe are bringing the case and the onus is on them. Court or arbitration a verdict has to be backed up by some level of reasonable proof, three QCs have reportedly looked  at the case and given the thumbs down let’s hope their opinion is correct

But was losing their playoff place a directly linked to Derbys beaches of FFP, this would be a difficult one to prove.

I guess the question there is does high transfer spend/wage bill convert to higher league position, which I think is covered by did we gain a competitive advantage

A high transfer spend/large wage bill is only a competitive advantage when the money is well spent, even when Derby did spend money on large transfers and high wages it didnt provide Derby with the desired outcome.
Proving Derby had a competative advantage and it was this competative advantage that robbed Boro of the play off place is going to be difficult to prove.

I agree, Gibson has lost all prospective and his total focus is Mel Morris. In Gibsons open letter his first point mentions Mel Morris.

I don't think it's about the money. It's about Gibson's ego and the Gibson-Morris spat.

It is amusing to read that the EFL's negligent failure up to date their rules with a two year old statute could be settled by  arbitration. The EFL are arrogant but surely even they must understand no matter what it is in the EFL rules the law is the law and this cannot be diluted, altered or ignored by the EFL.

It bothers me now that I didn't take more interest in what happened to Bury FC and others.
Its easy to see how Bury were flattened by the EFL, they didn't stand a chance. Its only because we are a much larger club with a substantial fan base that we have just about managed to push back and to some extent turn the tide on the bullies.
