We don’t know all the facts and the club are not compelled to reveal them in relation to Keogh, however based on what has been revealed, this does not look good. Easy to conclude (based on what’s in the public domain) that finances have played a role in the disciplinary actions taken and that should be irrelevant. It’s sack them all or sack none of them. 
Be interesting to see how this impacts the squad and also whether Cocu supports the decision. He could walk if he doesn’t! If it galvanises everyone, then maybe Keogh was a bad egg and this is good for the long-term. If he’s as well liked within the squad as it seems, this could do a lot of damage.
Im usually on the positive side when I post, feeling quite negative about this tonight. I honestly think this season has just become about survival. Really hope I’m wrong.
Really sad for a good servant like Keogh to have his Derby career ended in this way. He only has himself to blame, but the club have now handled this badly IMO and we need strong leadership now for this not to drastically affect our season.

A shame how Cotto ended his career with a defeat. Similar to Pacquiao, seems to have extended his career unnecessarily and didn’t allow himself to finish it with a win.
Still, a great fighter who won four world titles at multiple weights.
Lomachenko vs Rigondeaux is next weekend. Potential fight of the year.

Wilder is a one punch wrecking machine but has been hurt, AJ can certainly beat him but should lose some weight so that he’s more mobile.
Whyte wouldn’t beat Wilder imo, the build up would be brilliant though!

Whyte is massively overrated imo. He's at his best when trading but he was wobbled by AJ in round 1 or 2 and AJ has gone up levels since then. Chisora rocked him multiple times and Helenius rocked him too. He is funny but I can't see him winning a world title. 
Be a great fight for Wilder to take. Good money, exposure in the UK, somehow a highly rated boxer. Ideal build up to AJ. If you was Wilder wouldn't you rather do that while AJ gets the belt off Parker?
You wouldn't fight Parker because would it be worth much? 
Fair play to Wilder though. He does seem to be focused more on getting good fights than getting the money. Agreeing to go to Russia to fight Povetkin and fighting Ortiz until both failed drug tests... Hearn would not do that. He wants to build the fighters up.
