Agree, all we can ask of the EFL is consistency. In Readings case it would be consistency not with us, but with Wigan for the failure to pay wages and regulations re missing HMRC payments. our issue revolved around admin and we we receive -12 points. Reading are not in administration so its diffrent. 
They do need to sort Reading out for the sake of Reading 

I have a feeling Waghorn will sign a deal, Listening back to Warnes interview he said how he really likes him as a guy. Which he constantly talks about as being imperative for him when signing someone, aswell as keeping round for a week I’m sure we’re doing lots on tactics etc.

Sam Nombe looks like he could end up at Charlton, along with Miles Leaburn and Alfie May - that's comfortably the best strikeforce in the league. 

IF they have signed the players as per the rules then that is unfair on Reading and the players who have signed legally binding contracts. 
I live just outside Reading and have no liking for them, horrible and ignorant group of people. But fair is fair

I'm very very rarely one to defend the EFL but I'm not sure you can sanction a club based whether they may or may not meet a future payment. That said, and too your broader point, they should be all over them like a rash now they've missed yet another payment. It's entirely unfair when you compare what happened to us.

I don’t think we should believe friendlies represent anything more than training.
 I think we will struggle to break teams down based on our current personnel.
A lack of pace and trickery, combined with no obvious partner for Collins to find with crosses, could make us easy to defend against.

Yeah, I think we have so much better balance already than last season that I have no doubt we will do well. If we get another CF and AMC as targeted and maybe a backup LWB I believe we are fine and then we can do fine tuning in January if necessary.

They are making good signings but they need numbers and fast, and those players will not have played together or for the new manager. They will also be undercooked without a proper pre season and will have to deal with a new style of play.
Like us thats what happens when you don't pay your bills, over spend and get relegated.

They have 13 senior players - I'm sure that 'decent team' is a subjective matter but I think the ability to fill the bench on a matchday might by a factor most of us would consider.

Oh I'm sure this place would be a twitch free zone if we'd had their summer, losing a dozen players including Ince & Joao, replaced by Knibbs & Smith, appointing Ruben Selles as manager when we thought we were getting Wilder, with an absent Chinese owner who only seems to pay the bills sporadically and still awaiting a points deduction for late payment of wages 🙄
