  1. Personally I cant see it being a deduction. I think we might get a Suspended penalty and warned as to our future conduct, but that`s about it.

We have been cleared of any serious wrongdoing twice already and only found guilty of a minor accounting technicality.

The accounts were already submitted and passed as accurate by a qualified chartered accountant and thus accepted by HMRC.

This might be a daft question (and certainly one I could ask on about 8 different threads) but if we loan a player out, do the no long count towards our quota?

Simpson has looked decent enough and has potential, but right now if we could loan him out and that allow us to bring in an additional CB or ST, surely that would make sense if embargo limits remained

No we cant. And who is Simpson?

Don’t kid yourself. They got 1 draw and 2 defeats….they were awful, only Turkey and Scotland were worse. The worst Poland team I have ever seen.

This exactly. Without Lewandowski, Poland would not have even qualified. Talk about a 1 man team!!

There seems to currently be 2 players in the current squad that are scapegoated after every poor result, Jozwiak and Roos.

Dont forget Fozzy!! Always seems to get singled out

What happens if we get to the deadline on August 18th and the EFL still don't agree?

Hopefully these are being checked legally so we know beforehand whether or not the EFL have a leg to stand on.

I think we would have resubmitted them to the EFL and we are fine. Seeing this the EFL (probably expecting we wouldn't be and they would finally get the points deduction they so desperately crave)

Because if we had submitted them and breached the rules I'm sure the EFL would have took great delight in handing us a big points deduction.

What does concern me slightly is that season tickets go on sale on the 18th August.

I'm hoping this is just a coincidence but this is Derby County we are talking about so that's highly unlikely.

My worry is that by the 18th August we will know and if we are going to fall foul and get a 9-12 point deduction, some fans might stay away and not get the season ticket.

So Derby are essentially saying. Look this is it, we're getting deducted points, you know what's happening, everything is out in the open and there is nothing left to hide.

So now you know. It's entirely up to you whether or not to get the season ticket.

I`d still get one for sure. Adversity should bring us all closer together

I think you have to click Reservations, rather than Buy to get your normal seats.

I'm having a completely different problem though: "The Price List ("2021/2022 Derby County v Level B eSRO (STH 30% Off)") does not set a price for the "Senior 65+" Price Type at the "Price Sideline" Price Level" errors for both of my Dad's tickets.

This happened to me when I was trying to buy my Dads ticket.

I emailed the ticket office and they sorted it in minutes

  7. opening the ticket office would be a start and selling Season Tickets again.

Lot`s of the Older generation just dont want the Faff of online ticketing on a MBM basis.

They like to have a Season Ticket or failing that, like to call into the ticket office and buy an actual ticket!

In my local in Ripley there are at least 5 DCFC fans over the age of 65 who simply will not go again until they can physically go to the ground and buy a ticket!

  8. So as things stand the team could look something like this on saturday??

                          Marshall

    Ebolsele    Cashin    Forsyth    Byrne

               Bird                    Shinnie

    Jozwiak        Sibley        Lawrence

                           CKR

  9. Personally, whilst I understand that this is a sign of the times, I think it is a bad move.

IMO it alienates the older generation. My Dad for instance hasnt got a "Tap and Go" card and always like to pay in cash so he doesnt lose track of what he`s spending. For him, I know, it will make him think twice about going as he doesn`t sit with me and will almost certainly stop him buying anything within the stadium if he does go.
