Don't know where else to put this but imo Vardy has perfected the "art" of catching his own foot behind the defenders leg in a race to cheat a penalty. Really angers me but then so does all the "There was contact so its a penalty" rubbish!!
    Rant over!

Look at some of the title wins across Europe. Lille, Sporting, Atletico. How did this happen if there are irretrievable levels of financial inequality in the game?
Look at some of the performances in the Premier League. How did Leicester and West Ham finish 5th and 6th ahead of the likes of Spurs and Arsenal?
Look at the Championship. Luton, Barnsley and Wycombe had fantastic seasons despite this inequality.
Football will always be like that. The haves, the have nots. That’s what makes the sport so incredible - seeing teams beat the odds.
I’d say the same if I supported any other club. We have nothing to complain about. This system has been in place for decades. We have just never played it well.
I’d totally share your point if we were a model club, had always lived within our means, and had still fallen short.
But we had a spell of four top six finishes in six seasons and pushed the club to the limit financially after having a spell of being amongst the biggest spenders in the league. We missed our opportunity. No point crying about financial inequality now. We weren’t in 2015.

No one is upset, it’s you that’s upset! Why do you care what Derby fans think!? I couldn’t care less what Leicester fans think and neither could the rest of Derby’s fan base in all likelihood

OK, since you're getting worked up, let me check...
oh one season of 30,000 then not another above 25k! In that same period Derby had an average attendance in championship of 25k plus 6 times!! Derby have had big away attendances, sometimes not to Leicester, maybe they don't consider you a rival ! No idea.

Ask anyone 10 years ago sports team in Leicester you would get more answers for Tigers. Barely anyone wore Leicester shirt in the city until 2015! You would be lying if you said otherwise. You just didn't see it much. Derby are not a successful team now. Obviously. Derby were but that was a while ago, but I don't support a club because of its success. Leicester had no notable success until recently, so what.

Im not talking about all time... I don’t care who had more fans in 1920s!! I don’t even care much about ten years ago, I’m just saying Derby had higher attendances in championship. No need to get funny about it.
If you’re talking about the actual record and not average ... again so what ? Think Hull City have a higher attendance record than both our clubs so what?
I was talking about profile, Leicester Tigers had a higher profile than the football club. Leicester known as rugby town and not football mainly due to success of Tigers

I don’t think you realise it doesn’t hurt Derby fans. A few Derby fans in their 30s will feel a fierce rivalry towards Leicester. Most Derby fans don’t care or actually want to see Leicester do well, it’s surprised me too! It’s not arrogance, You should be happy Leicester are liked !!
But pretending that Leicester have always been some massive club is very strange. I mean Derby were getting bigger attendances in the championship than Leicester and look at the size of Leicester as a city. Leicester Tigers had a higher profile than the football club until very recently.

Been All over Europe and North America once. As for bigger club talking about attendances ? Not really, Derby had better home attendances in general in the championship compared to Leicester over a long period until Leicester went up. Not that I’m concerned or not if Derby had more people turning up but we did and it’s fact... so !   Plus sold out every match in premier league in spite of finishing last.
a lot of Derby fans are indifferent to Leicester. Just a fact.

Lots of people outside of UK have heard of Derby County. Every time I wear my Derby shirt on holiday I get comments. What an idiotic thing to say. Coventry and Derby on par? Don't think so. Coventry and Leicester on the whole have been similar size clubs in stature until last few years. Sounds like you are a fan of Leicester because they are famous or something now? Very strange

Derby’s is clearly the best. No bias. It’s clean, cool, and looks modern even though it was developed decades ago. Makes a great tattoo too.
besides that I’d go with Sheffield wednesdays, for similar reasons. Most crests are too busy, and start looking more like a cost of arms.

I'd agree with this in general. I remember when this rule was first introduced. Lee Grant (in his first spell here) deliberately set himself behind his line, so that when he moved forwards as the penalty was taken he was on his goal line. He saved it, but the ref still ordered it to be retaken. 'Keepers literally have it drilled into them to move towards the ball to narrow the angle. It's absurdly difficult to remain in place whilst attempting a save.
