Supporters trusts have 28 days to look in to putting an offer in. 
 
This doesn’t delay the process of starting to look at potential buyers. Both can run concurrently. 
 
If there is a serious buyer then they can move with that while liaising with the supporters trust.

The owner is owed a substantial amount of money but isn’t looking to recover it.

Moor farm is owned by someone else and is on a long lease and will continue to have use of it. 
 
PPS is not owned by the football club but has a verbal agreement from landlord to continue to play games there. 
 
Not looking to get rid of Rooney.

Opened positive dialogue with EFL. The EFL want Derby to continue but there will be further points deduction. 
 

Administrator Instructed 3 weeks to do a viability review. 
 
Report was submitted to board and MSD requested the club be put into administration. 

The policy is not to get through to January and make sales. They actually want to look to strengthen in January. 
 
In the next 5-6 weeks they hope to have a list of credible buyers.
