It was agreed that a further meeting will be held to arrange a date for a meeting to discuss possible timescales for further meetings.
Just heard the MP on radio Derby and the outcome is as StrawHillRam has said above.

I don't mind admitting that this is really starting to have affect on my mental state.
It's becoming tiresome.
I've felt genuinely depressed for days, with nothing at home or work to make me feel down. I have this constant cloudy feeling in my head and I've realised its the bloody football.
I'm on my phone when I should be working, when I should be sleeping. I'm even playing with my son less and less as I'm listening to radio Derby every night or starring at my phone.
I wish I could switch off from it all but I can't.
This isn't a cry for help, just hoping by typing these words I realise how stupid I'm being ?
You are not being stupid, I think lots of us are going through the same, not sleeping well, not able to concentrate at work, looking on social media and listening to radio Derby for any info all the time, ignoring family. It is like when I lost my father, wake up every morning and the pain is still there, its a living nightmare presently.
What else can we do.

Jim Wheeler said last night on radio Derby that from his source the Appleby group were happy to contend the Boro and Wycombe claim.
Today Nixon saying this is holding up that group. I hope the MP's meeting might flush out the truth so we know.

Wouldn't 'proof of funds' be for the whole season ie to its end?
It sounds like Nixon has a mole at the EFl feeding him info.
Solve Boro and Wycombe issue, the preferred bidder can deal with them later.
It sounds like the government needs to step in and quickly as the EFL will not budge.

But also make sure I had right advice of people and I make sure I had a good accounted who can crunch the numbers and If I owed money I would want to make sure I had the money if not I would ask to see if I could extend it.
I would get roadriders back and try get a better deal but I would talk to different train companies to see if we could come to a deal to see if I could bring back ram away.
Could you get the train company to have ramaway written in big letters down the side of the engine when you talk to them?

I would look what funds we had left and see what I could do with transfear funds.
But I personal hate owing money to anyone it is a shame mel was not like me because we would not in this position now.
I back B4 to be on the board.

I would make the south west corner look like the north west corner and move the police control centre into it and have another big screen so the whole ground can see one.
Extend the stadium around the horseshoe to create a further 6.5k seats.
Give more seats to Derby fans in the south stand and charge £10 a game also make it safe standing along with the lower tier of the east stand renaming it the popside? I would only charge £20 for the most expensive seats.
Provide free busses from all over Derbyshire to get to and from games.
Put a new massive roof on the stadium so fans don't get wet in the lower tiers.
If only Mel had done this with his 200 million, how different his legacy would have looked.

If the administrators name a preferred bidder who is willing to take on the claims can we come out of admin as long as the EFL are happy with the fit and proper test before those claims are contested ?
-
The way I see it is a preferred bidder who is willing to take on the claim would mean we can come out of administration and be able to bring players in.
Then after the administration is lifted the new owners go to arbitration and if they lost the claim we could claim against QPR for a bigger amount.
That would open up the floodgates for many claims from many clubs going back many years.
If we win the claim those two clubs can go back down their holes where they came from.
Is this correct?

In theory if the bid is accepted, then yes. Ovbiously as there's still a way between prefered bidder and deal done and we're out of admin when the deal is done and creditors paid.
What about the Middleboro and Wycombe claims, would they have to be resolved first?
-
Sorry if this has been covered before but can we come out of administration now a preferred bidder has said they will take on the claims or will they still need to be resolved before we can?
-
It would help if other clubs could write to the EFL in support of us as the efl say they want to keep the 72 happy.
Come on other clubs show us your support. We need it.
-
The EFL won't want to say theses two low life clubs are not football creditors because then Boro will want to take legal action against the EFL saying they were not governing properly in the past and if they win then the bods at the EFL will lose any respect they ever had while risking their nice big earner jobs and the EFL would more than likely get removed which may happen anyway after this.
So for Parry if Derby get liquidated that problem goes away. Gibson then wins his vendetta against Morris so is also happy. If that happened I would not like to be in Parrys, Gibsons, Birch and the Wycombe chairmans shoes.
The sports minister needs to put pressure on the EFL and the rest of the world needs to call out Midlesbrough and Wycombe.

just sent the email below to Parry. Would someone in Margaret Beckett constituency fend this to her. I think she is most likely to run with this.
Dear Mr Parry
Would you be kind enough to explain how para 4 on the link below does not conflict the EFL in its dealings between DCFC and Middlesbrough FC.
As you will see and no doubt be aware it clearly states that sn agreement was reached between the EFL and MFC in relation to future claims against DCFC.
I would greatly appreciate your view on this in relation to the current situation.

The current squad wages are too high for league one so would have to get rid of some of them.
The current squad would not get promotion, same problem as this season, not scoring enough goals.

Bring back a local paper, this one is produced in lester.

We should play 3 - 5 - 2 wiry Byrne and Buchanan as the wing backs. We then have Forsyth and Ebolese as back ups. Play Cashin with Davies and Jagielka or even Bird in a back three. Then a midfield three of Knight, Morrison and Shinne (until Bielik is back) with Baldock and Stretton up front (until Kazim is back).
This keeps us defensively secure with more attacking threat as we have two up top. Morrison and Knight would be free to push on with Shinnie covering.
Agree with this Warwick Ram, not sure about Bird in a back three maybe Stearman. Yeh at the moment the double wingers on each side only have one to aim at in the middle so just go back inside or backwards and across the field so very little chances created. Two up top would encourage the wing backs to cross more. I believe the above system would create more chances.

Because the DET moved out of local control this is what we get. I have stopped buying the DET, too much non Derbyshire stuff plus articles written about Derby from other outlets. It looks like the Derby based journalists have to tow the line. Look what has happened with the shopping centre. Who from Derbyshire would have called it Derbion.
What we need is a new local paper.

I think it would have been better to have the icons from pride park like Wanchop, Eranio, Stimac, Jim Smith, Bryson,
Rooney's not an icon here and he will probably be gone if we have a poor start to the season.

Will the clubs future and academy be in safe hands with new owners?
