Positives for next season.
1. Hopefully cheaper tickets.
2. More games on Saturdays with 3pm kick off.
3. International breaks we will still play. I hate those breaks.
4. World cup break we will still play.
5. Hopefully start on 0 points like everyone else.
6. In this division you are allowed to have standing areas, so then we could have safe standing in the south stand and maybe the east lower and call it the popular side terrace.
7. More games.
8. Someone in charge who will run the club properly and not get us into trouble.

Reading a lot on here about playing football at a different ground but in the Derby update thread from about 3 hours ago John Forkin states that the stadium is not the block, which is what the admins have also said. Team Derby have a meeting with the admins tomorrow so hopefully we might find out what the hold up is.

I don't know for sure but would hope once a preferred bidder can show proof of funds until the end of the season then the embargo could be lifted.

There are some bad presenters around but this guy is awful. I'll watch though as a few other people on now including some fans.
It looks like it's on for an whole hour.

Watching it, this presenter is awful. I may have to switch off.
Not a good start by saying Cloughie was manager in 1975.

There is a TV report on DCFC situation on GB News right now.

To be clear I'm not suggesting you all flood his email inbox, just if you were already planning on raising points could you include this question as I think it's important to clarify with them why Boro's claim appears to be outside of this regulation.
David, I am going to write to my MP again, do you have any bullet points I should put to them besides the one you have pointed out above?
I think it's time for the MP's to put the pressure on because the EFL have ignored their requests first time around.

But aren’t you still losing 1 million a month, surely (and it’s not just Derby) out goings have to be less than incomings.?
This is where the whole “allowed to lose £39million over three years “ falls down, teams actually work to that, Why? Surely they should be working at at least breaking even. It only takes a minor blip to screw it up and put teams over.
wasn’t it Risdale who included qualifying for the champions league every year in Leeds Budget?
It has taken QPR 7 years to get anywhere near sustainability and we are still losing money each month, sooner or later players and more importantly agents are going to have to come to terms with receiving less money or half the league will end up in the position you are currently at.
No I don't think Derby are losing 1m per month but absolutely 39m over three years is far too much and should come right down to something like 1m per year. The EFL and football in general is governed by the wrong people and it is up to us supporters to put pressure on the government to make change as they are not fit for purpose.

I have been following Derby for over 50 years and this season could end up being the most emotional of the lot.
22k last night may not seem a lot but is more than other clubs around us would get if they were in the same position or even a higher position including notts forest, lester, stoke, wolves, west brom and the list goes on.
This is why we are Super Derby Super Rams. We'll fight to the end.

On radio Derby the legal expert said that Mel's offer on Friday does not require M or W permission. He said it was like three friends going for a curry and one says I will pay the bill if there is one.
So come on admins get it done. If the EFL object then get the MPs and Sports Minister onto them. Never mind pragmatism they want closing down.

This has been mentioned a few times. But to me it looks more and more like Mel put us in admin to try and escape the claims so it just seems so unlikely he will underwrite them - but there could be more twists to come.
But now we hear the claims are around 7 million that would not be a big loss to someone like Mel if he loses but if he wins he would win his battle with Gibson and give us our club back and even if he losses we get our club back.

This wants sending to the sports minister and all media outlets to call them out. We need the TV people to highlight this.

On radio Derby this morning Chris Coles said one of the options is that Mel Morris could take on the M & W claims himself therefore would free up the situation enabling a preferred bidder to take over.
If he is correct then surely this would be the best route to take and Mel would get to rub Gibsons nose in it at court and make him pay all the costs. Or is it not as simple as that?

I see the alternative is to kick the ball up field and fight for possession instead of constantly losing points because of playing around at the back By all means play out from the back if there is no pressure on but it is costing us points doing it when the opposition press.

I hope so B4. We will have to wait and see.

Better get that civil court thing sorted quickly once the Boro representative QC and the EFL QC decide against our QC rep.

Only way forward is it going to arbitration.
Admins says the claims have no basis
Boro & Wycombe say they do
EFL say they cant make a decision either way
Now its a case of how long this arbitration process will take. SSN says next week, Nixon says could be 6 weeks.
Once a decision is made on if the claims would mean that Boro & WW are football creditors we can move forward. If they are then im sure some (maybe all) interested parties will step back, if they arent then a PB will probably be named pretty quickly.
I believe one of news outlets said the arbitration meeting would be next week.

Don't understand why transfer embargo cannot be lifted once funding until the end of the season is provided. Anyone know the reason?

Just out of interest here. Does anyone know what the court of arbitration can do?
Are they affiliated with the EFL in any way?
Or do they have the power to chuck both cases out?
Yes how independent will it be? Who will be on it.
