Also the pathetic phone waving in unison with the camera light on as if it's cool. It's not.
It's an embarrassment to English football. STOP IT.

Not really annoyed I supposed, more confused really.  Why do people need to do this while at a game?  Do their eyes no longer work unless images are filtered through a tiny screen.  Do they really feel they need to record these moment so they can relive the action later.. ...don't they know there are professionals with TV cameras recording everything anyway, and you can find and replay the goals or whatever a hundred times if you wish.

Absolutely right....and nearly impossible to understand.  We are all at the mercy of our brain chemistry to a large extent. That realisation alone has helped me somewhat, I don't feel guilty now for being a miserable **** sometimes. It can be out of my control. Not always though, other times, I could make more of an effort to be more helpful to people who are probably only struggling along like myself.

Men in the gym changing rooms who are a bit too uninhibited.

    Oddly enough they've got legs.
    Let them use them.

Sky sports constant attempts to brand Liverpool vs Man Utd as 'Red Monday', across TV, App and website.
So pleased it turned into 'dead Monday',  with one of the most boring games between the two played out.

Make sure you get in done in a poncey foreign script, so you're never really sure if it says DCFC or paedophile.

Sad to say, but singer Niall O'Flaherty is a Forest fanatic by all accounts. But then a lot of musicians are troubled souls with self destructive tendencies.

Try to take it easy on yourself.  Remember it's ok, not to be ok.. You are doing great getting back into running, it's not easy to do that when you feel down, but i really think you should keep it up as much as you can.  Exercise really is a win/win for mind and body.  Like others have said, i think you need to seek medical advice.  Psychotherapy can be good, but there is a good chance you need to start medication or alter what you are currently taking.  It sounds like your serotonin levels may need stabilizing. That's certainly the case for millions of people all over the world..including myself, and there are medications out there which can do that effectively, to some extent at least.  There is no reason why we should allow ourselves to be handicapped everyday by a glitch in our brain chemistry, when it's often very treatable.  There are non medical things you can try too like muscle relaxation therapy and meditation for example.  There is bound to be something that works for you....don't give up for you and your family.  Let us know how you are getting on.

My mother in law passed away yesterday evening, when it's less raw I'll maybe post more on the subject of end of life care, and the frankly shocking way some doctors treated her towards the end.
One thing I will say, the care and support shown by the nursing staff at the hospital, not just to her, but the family has made a difficult time so much easier.
I've heard them called angels many times in the past, but having witnessed the care they provide first hand, it's an appropriate tag.
Truly a credit to the NHS, each and every one of them .

    Morning chaps,
Just to let you all know I'm doing a lot better.  Had a good chat with the Mrs, had a little cry, had a couple of days off and celebrated my lad's birthday as a family.  Certainly made me appreciate the little things a lot more, and I'm feeling stronger for it.
Thanks for advice and letting me know I'm not alone in feeling like this from time to time.  You're a good bunch...

so, just to give an update to the hordes of you that messaged me privately, and here publicly, with your concerns and support.
I shelled out £400 on a pretty damned good treadmill from Argos (Reebok ZR9 if you're after a bargain!), and burned off a few calories putting the bloody thing together. I've had three workouts in 3 days and my calves are a bit tight, but I can already feel that I am feeling a bit...no, quite a lot better about myself.
I also got hold of Vitamin D tablets, which have definitely, without doubt, given me more energy in the office at work.
I saw this article today:- http://www.theguardian.com/commentisfree/2016/jan/18/sad-exercise-antidepressants and made me think about writing this.
So, firstly, I'm not too proud to admit I took the advice from posters on here, and secondly, thanks to anyone in here who gave a ****, cos I do about others, and it gave me a little bit of a boost that people didn't just slate me for starting this thread.
    Here's to better times x
