  1. Dissapointing what Byrne has done. Some of comments a bit excessive though.

No club ever wants a player to play out his contract, always try to sell before the end. Can’t have been easy for two years here.

do feel we’ve had the poor deal of too many deals lately though. Be nice to actually get some money for a change.

Our corresponding tickets would be in the NE corner, when you take off the ST discount, those seats average at £23 per match. I would estimate that the ticket prices in that area will be £20 for lower grade opposition and £25 for the likes of Sheff Weds.

I disagree with you regarding having a £20 cap, as it would be a kick in the teeth to the near 20,000 season ticket holders and probably illegal after the club advertised the prices as discounted.

My season ticket is £372, well below £20 a game. Would be fine with being the price for away fans all season, and any general sale tickets. Think £20 is ample for a league one game of football

Probably an unpopular opinion but I dont think Thompson or Cashin are ready to be starting week in week out in League 1. They are very good young players but I think they should be more backup options rather than first team regulars. Cashin is closer to being ready to start than Thompson.

Yeah agree on this, Cashin was good. Davies and Chester be first choice for me though. Thompson started brilliantly but had some real struggles in games. Doesn’t really play in the centre either. He’s one to come on and maybe push into the team after a year or two.

Stretton I struggle to being a league footballer to be honest, not too sure what he offers. A lot of the other kids you could tell pretty quickly how good they were. Cybulski as well, hope they can force their way in but if we’re relying on them two for goals then I don’t see a top six finish.

We might still attract someone a bit unexpected, like the Hourihane deal, but I would be happy with a few more young additions. Plenty of old heads in the dressing room now, think we could use some energy and pace.

Add some players hungry to prove themselves, perhaps more loans like Roberts, and we'll have a really nice mix.

Forsyth is a must sign, he can still win everything in the air and whip it in to the box. I thought he probably should have been in the team ahead of Buchanan at the end of last season.

    Collins and another U23's striker?

Agree on the pace, really hope we’re looking at younger players maybe out wide and full back. Must be some loan options. Really think we have enough older players now.

I want the club to survive but I cannot accept how some fans are just willing to accept someone who thinks a 15 point deduction is okay.

Personally am just happy with anything that enables me to have a club to support now! Minus 15 is better than nothing. And it’s not like it’s confirmed either. Total guesswork about Ashley.

Like Percy says, two weeks to pre season and five players. Not sure any of them will stay and manager be likely to leave too. Not sure we can be turning our noses up at any buyer currently.

  6. How are people still being picky over who buys us?

Could not care less at this point, if not someone soon we won’t even have a team to support!

you’d think Mike Ashley was a nazi the way people go on!

would love it to be kirchner tonight, but really will take anyone at this point! I don’t want to go to stoke or Leicester either, but i will if that’s all that we have.

Not plange please. No point in developing him any further when he will not be here next season

Are we really in a position to be choosy about who we develope for next season?

we need strongest eleven at all times, plange has to start now kazim injured.

Thompson kept us in the game late in the second half with a brilliant tackle on the edge of our penalty area when Blackburn broke.

The kid's got guts and doesn't deserve to be singled out on that performance.

I just struggle to see what he achieves, he plays almost in front of the left back?

Seems to really struggle moving the ball forwards as well, and strength an issue too. No one wants to have a go is at least four games I can think of where has been noticeably our weakest player.

Hope he comes again but just feels not the time to be carrying people.
