I've heard they all take it in turns driving. After every pub along the way they hold a vote between them to see who seems the least pissed, and that person drives the next leg of the journey. The only rule is that one person isn't allowed to drive twice in a row.

I personally think the club was hedging it's bets on Liam, and he certainly had a chance to make it his own, but he'd probably have had to do unarguably Impressive things to get it and "good under the circumstances" wasn't quite enough.
It's a ruthless business and LR knows that and his good work with us got him the gig at Hull and I don't think anyone is seriously suggesting he "failed" as interim manager.
I've come round to Paul Warne a lot, particularly since the Liverpool game it seems like the squad have started to really believe and started to "get it".
What's past is past, and that matters is now.

I don’t think it will really tell us anything. We don’t know how Rosenior would have done over a full season with these players and we’ll never know how Warne would have done with the Hull squad.
Personally, I think it’s time to move on from trying to make comparisons.

I don't think you can compare what each manager will do at the end of the season. Warne is currently running with the squad that Rosenior put together in a very short time and during is short reign in charge did ok. Someone at Derby did not think that Rosenior was the right man to continue with the club. Warne, in my opinion has inherited a good squad and will see them finish in the top section of the league.
Rosenior has inherited a struggling team at Hull, in which no player adjustment can happen until the January transfer window.

Oh I agree it's just the wording "a tricky start regarding fixtures" made it sound like you were talking about the games themselves more then the scheduling of them which again, it cannot be denied, has been tough but has been dealt with as well as anyone could have expected, especially given the limitations of our squad.
I think it's been a bit of an eye opener as to just how poor the bottom half of this league is tbh - even with our squad being down to its bare bones the teams we've been putting out have more than enough quality and experience within them to brush aside 70% of the teams in the league.
Potentially all the time spent travelling has helped to establish the team spirit / togetherness.
I'd say it's like band going on tour though, the opposite can equally happen with everyone falling out through missing home comforts and getting on each others nerves with their habits.
Obviously they still need to be well organised and motivated, which they clearly are, and good man management has helped it be the former rather than the latter.

No, I've said I understand that Clowes was caught in a unenviable position where there was no right or wrong answer, and I don't blame him taking whatever path he chose.
My posts on the subject have only ever been about fair and equal treatment from fans, nothing to do with Clowes.
I've expressed an understanding of how the situation may feel from all involved parties which you've dismissed and taken as some sort of 'woe is Rosenior' stance when it isn't.
It's funny, I'd honestly never mention Rosenior again if other people didn't keep bringing him up with a negative spin when talking positively about Warne. Why some can't just do without doing the other I'll never know.
As for your pre-edit post the phrase "give them enough rope" comes to mind but as nobody will ever see it, there's not really much point mentioning it further.

History shows that you don't. You turned against Warne for sticking with 3 at the back a few weeks ago and made a fair few posts doubting him for it. A few good results later and you're back to your old ways. 
I was laughing at my own use of physchology with the chosen emoji, because it was intentionally a bit 'fancy skirt, no knickers' and obviously I know nothing of the nuances of modern  professional psychology.
You're clinging to the word interim meaning only one specific thing and failing to grasp or ignoring other ways in which it can be interpreted because it favours your current opinion to so.
Consistency and fair mindedness seem to be other terms/words you struggle with, but hey, if you can ditch your opinion, views expressed and words said at the drop of a hat and never accept responsibility for them then fair play!

If the message has been that he was only ever going to be in place until something. 'better' came along it's unlikely that he'd have continued with any pretence otherwise.

Sure, nobody can know for a fact what someone is like without meeting them, but that doesn't mean you can't get a read on them based on the information they present online.

To be fair every single football manager, and managers in other fields, are always only in place until the owner/CEO decides that there is someone ‘better’ to take over. And sometimes the owner/CEO is right and sometimes they’re not.

This post definitely didn't originally criticise Rosenior for going for the Blackpool job at a time when Rooney made it clear he intended to stay on as manager whoever took over, whether it Kirchner/Stratford or someone else, only to ditch us as soon as someone else took us over. No siree, definitely not!

Good point. The team worked hard, but other than McGoldrick there wasn’t too much pretty on offer. Missed Roberts tonight, as I wonder whether we might have gone 4312 if he had been available. We were a player short upfront as neither Smith or Sibley could get forward with any real effect, leaving Collins again running around to not much benefit. The squad is being stretched to the full with these injuries, but seem motivated to get something out of every game.

Funny thing is it's not really even his wing play that seems to result in an end product.
The wing play causes havoc and helps get us behind the opposition,  of course,  but it's more when he moves into the middle of the pitch and can pass it rather than cross it that he makes a direct contribution to a goal.

So nuance was a word I don't get? ? It doesn't take a nuance, the Club made it CLEAR he was interim. He no doubt applied for the job and didn't get it.
