Not sure why we would have an embargo relating to the restated accounts unless we didn't submit them in the prescribed timescales, it's the last 2 years accounts that need submitting by the end of the month surely that will dictate whether we have an embargo relating to the accounts.
Not sure if we have an embargo in place as a result of the investigation until the DC publish their findings.

I think villa strategy was the Derby strategy but without vainest attempt to stay cool on FFP. Absolute ? or bust.
If we had blown more cash on another couple of centre forwards that would have been the villa style strategy.

Yes, 2016, 2017 and 2018 are the years we need to resubmit but I'm hoping someone knows how that affects the prior years, or did the 3 yrs rolling and the loss allowance only start from 2016.
Only Rich by name I'm afraid.....

Just about to ask the same question,  if the accounts don't comply with the Companies Act then surely HMRC will be after us.....
Also, for P+S, do we need to resubmit the 3 year rolling numbers that include the prior years,  everyone is focusing on 19/20 but 2016 and 2017 have an effect on the 2014-2016 and 2015-2017 don't they? Which don't have the protection of the Stadium sale and with our policy will be more adversely affected as our policy didn't write off much value in the 1st 2 years of a player's contract

Is that so?  How come HMRC aren't chasing us?
I hasten to add, that is a genuine question by someone who knows the square root of FA.  I'm not trying to pretend I know the answer, or blatantly calling you out.

Why would a Rams podcast give him airtime, unless they plan to pull him apart for his part in all this, arguably some of the stuff he's said verges on libellous, he's made 3 statements on us conforming to P+S that all differ hasn't he? Originally saying we were ducked!

Point of information..... Despite feeling Rooney's arrival undermined Cocu (instigated by Mel, press articles about next manager etc).... After Cocu had left and I heard a few interviews from Rooney, I was actually one of the first to support the idea of appointing him.
I preferred the idea of a hungry, young dynamic manager to one of the journeymen (Big Sam, Pullis, Warnock etc). And I don't like Terry, the other candidate mooted at the time.
Why I've changed my mind is simply because of the approach that Rooney adopted.
Sure, he's inherited a poor squad, injuries and not just to Bielik have hit us hard. But sheesh. Changing tactics, lineups every game. Matching the opposition. Bizarre substitutions.
All supposedly justified because we were playing for the points. Well that wasn't terribly successful.
So I am sorry. I have totally lost confidence.
But yes, I hope I am wrong. Rooney will be our manager going into next season. So I want him to succeed as much as I would want any manager to succeed.
I just hope and pray he adopts a different approach.

Big game today for Rooney, really could do with winning but I'd take a point now. Hopefully with the extended break he has been able to sort out the balance of the team and erase the abysmal performance last time out, all the old bad habits appeared from early season. Still to be convinced the purple patch we've had was more about Bielik than Rooney taking over.

For all those making statements and comments about the likelihood of Kaide playing for Liverpool, well, who's to say he won't be the next Raheem Sterling...
Look at his career, did he make the right decision at the same age to leave QPR?
It's not as if Liverpool don't ever use their academy players if they are good enough, I know there are lots that don't make it but you could say Harry Wilson falls into that bracket.
Good luck to him whatever happens, yes I'd love to see a kid from my kids school play for The Rams, but hey ho

Realistically I don't expect any incoming transfers, lots of noise but like the takeover it will drag on too long.....
That way, if we so manage to get even 1 loan over the line I will be happy!
