  1. A bit o' passion never hurt anyone... "He's dropped it, He's dropped it!" "Forest are all over the show!" "Forest are in absolute ruins" Just one game... And all in the croakiest, highest pitched, excitable rant imaginable! Most unprofessional! 🤣 #gottaloveGR
  2. Yeah... I hear yer, mate... but... About those nobbers on electric bikes... Give us a wave next time, yeah! 😁 #holidaysnap...
  3. Yes mate. I'm in danger of repeating myself, so apologies... He's a s*** ref... but only according to us fans. We'll be as biased as he is. But it's not official. The club didn't report him. He wasn't held to account. He never got demoted due to a poor display and/or making wrong decisions. He didn't get reprimanded for wrongly sending off CM. (Nor do I recall that red card being rescinded, but I stand to be corrected on that). On paper, he's no more than a s*** ref in the eyes of our fans. There is no official record (Above and beyond the thoughts and opinions of a bunch of football fans on a forum) of him having a poor game. His peers and hierarchy won't have it noted that "He has form" against us. It's right that we fans slag him off. My point is that the club should not make any form of official complaint pre-match, (as was being suggested by others on here) all because he once had a s*** game, and angered many of our fans. That would be tin-pot, and would make us a laughing stock amongst fans of other clubs.
  4. Most certainly I do. Hence my support for Rams fans kicking up a fuss and calling him a Bamford very, very loudly. But my point of contention was mainly against the following quote of yours: Maybe so... if we (The club) had previously made public and/or official complaints against him, (Re the Burnley game, or any other for that matter), and particularly if the authorities had then agreed our complaints were valid. But that's not the case, so I repeat, the club should most certainly not be "all over this in the media, citing Madley's incompetence...". That would merely make us (The club) look very silly indeed! We'd be labelled pathetic. That's our (The fans) job, not the club's! 👀 Why, less than a full week ago, we were all on here taking a swipe at some fat bloke in charge of our last opponents who was doing just that. Pre-match digs at the ref, with no cause nor reason to! Now you're exclaiming we're wanting our own club to do the same? It's a massive no from me. Sorry! 🐏
  5. It seems indisputable that he once played for Barnsley. Fair do's. Worth a shrug and a moan of it's own accord, even in an official (club) capacity. I'm not sure however, that there is any actual record of him being biased against us... or that he "has form"... other than the equally biased views of Rams fans? I take it DCFC have never made an official complaint against him? I'd dare to suggest that a professional outfit such as Derby County (The Rams) Ltd would do well NOT to be "all over this". That would just reek of amateurism, sour grapes, and come across as being very "Un-Mr Clowes"! As a club, we're better than that! Hey! I'm all for us fans slagging him off on here. That's part of our remit! I'm happy to add my own name to the catcalls, and claims of Bamfordistic tendencies. I stand with you, brothers and sisters. But I wouldn't like to see my football club getting involved. If there's room for official complaint post game, then that's a whole different ball game. The club could then go for the throat, as far as I'm concerned. 🐏
  6. Forgive me, as I'm no expert on the matter, but I do believe that there is a way of emptying said bladder... more than once... and therefore getting absolutely shittzered is most achievable. PS: I really, really love you, I do! 🤍🍻

  8. If I may be so bold, I'd like to poo-poo on your opinion. North Stand... East Stand... South Stand... And mentioning no names... West Stand...
  9. Going back to earlier comments in another thread by @uttoxram75... if I may... Thought it more appropriate to continue in here... 1/ Does anyone still have a "We'll be back in 81" Tee shirt stashed away somewhere? Surely not? 🤷‍♂️ 2/ I really miss mine! I so wish I'd saved it for posterity... (Dare I say more so than any specific actual replica shirt I still have)...as low quality as they were... and as factually incorrect as they proved to be! 🤣 3/ Pretty certain mine was yellow. Were they all the same, or was there options for different colours? I honestly don't remember. 4/ I presume they were "unofficial merch"? I'd guess they weren't stocked in The Ramtique? Honestly don't recall where I got mine from! 🤷‍♂️ Someone must have made a killing, as they were damn popular, albeit short-lived! 4/ Also pretty certain they came out before the season's end (but already confirmed as relegated, obvs). I'm damn sure I was wearing mine as we clambered up the vandal-greased cages into the rafters at Carrow Road, to hail our failed heroes long after the final whistle (until they sent in the dogs to clear us all out!). #differentera! #buthappytimesthough, yeah? Memories, anyone? 🐏
  10. #s**** night! T'was the night of a quiet drink down the road after the game... whilst the locals literally overturned our minibus, let down all 4 tyres, and smashed a side window. Finally got away about 1am, through thick fog... and guess who got the cold/draughty seat by the missing window! 🙄 They were Bamfords before even Bamford was born! *For avoidance of doubt, I didn't upright the mini bus on my own. I did need help, which may surprise some on here. 👀 💪
  11. Ah got yer. Thanks for taking the time to clear that up. 🐏
  12. Not only do I LOVE that, I've even learned the words already. Can't wait. #makeithappen 🐏
  13. Any chance you could show your working out for these figures? I'm almost tempted to say they make no sense at all. I'm as eager as anyone to reach that point where it is mathematically impossible for those behind us to catch us up, but this appears to be more than a tad premature? 🤷‍♂️
  14. Ssshhh! You'll have some miserable git on here doing their research, and announcing we'd never have won our two titles with the old method! 🤣
  15. Ah! But that refers to the opening games of the league season. I'm pretty sure we won the very first Charity Shield the week before! 😁
  16. Nor my 30 min pleasant stroll home via Costco/West Meadows. In fact... meh... feckem! 👀
  17. It's all well and good taking the wee* as you've already had your single annual visit this season, but for some, this is life changing stuff, and I for one am not embarrassed to have provided such a critical, essential, and utterly selfless public service for my regular match-going comrades/friends/allies. So there! *I changed that from the word "piss", as I am led to believe you have certain powers of banhammery around here, when it comes to the use of "adult vocabulary"! 😁
  18. Sorry, don't have a link... Word in da hood is that there is to be an upcoming closure of the shared footpath/cycle path (Route 6), as it exits/enters the NE corner of Alvo Park heading for PPS (and onwards to City Centre, of course)... specifically that tiny little bit that dips under the railway bridge that has had scaffolding on it for months and months! Apparently to be closed from 21:00hrs Sat 2nd March to 17:00hrs Friday 26th April. Not checked our fixtures, but I'd imagine this will have some effect for those parking over that way and walking (or cycling) in on matchdays? No idea whether official/marked detours will be signed? The non-committal to the shooting of any messengers during these difficult times would be most appreciated. 🍻🐏
  19. Wasn't it something to do with kick off times... or maybe even a delay somewhere else, meaning our game was the first to finish? Top on a technicality? 🤷‍♂️ I also believe that "very first top spot" was disputed/argued for years, until some evidence came to light relatively recently (This century?) 🤷‍♂️ I need to swat up! I'm sure I've held this info in the past, but I'm damned if I can recall it now! 🤣 🐏
  20. As a former Ossie-Ender, and now in the NE Corner, so effectively the NS, I see our fan rivalry with the southern half of the East Stand. We even have our own little fan-rival song going on... you've no doubt heard it... "North Stand (East South East), North Stand (East South East), North Stand (East South East), North Stand (East South East)..." Great bantz, to be fair. It can go on for whole minutes, sometimes! We just view the SS as nothing more than ye olde Normo End of the BBG. We hardly even notice those behind the opposite goal, if truth be told.
  21. Oh I don't know. A simple forum meet-up would soon solve that little problem! 🤣
