  1. Website has forgotten Wilson who I imagine will start RWB again. Sibley up front with NML?
  2. Has he taken something?
  3. I’d love to think Warne would be that bold. He’ll pick Bradley after his MOM and play a back five with Elder and Nyambe. We won’t create anything in the first half and hopefully will get to H/T at 0-0. Might then take off Hourihane and the wing backs and bring on Wilson and Sibley, plus a late appearance by Gayle. Fingers in mouths day.
  4. Happy for Maguire to get his teeth into Quantuma rather than us for a change.
  5. Commentators said that the early morning dew on the pitch makes it behave erratically so it’s difficult to know what to hope for tomorrow. Bazball might be back from Root and Robinson so we can get at India well before lunch. Batting looked far easier in the afternoon.
  6. Or indeed members of the aristocracy
  7. Haha, also makes a change from bring your own boos!
  8. Tight arse No seriously happy birthday for tomorrow. Hope you have a lovely time and see Derby win.
  9. Not sure if you have funds available or even if this of any interest to you but I’ve had dealings with the company below and they are excellent in neurodiversity matters. https://www.graceconsulting.co.uk
  10. He does look like the old man from Up
  11. Sorry, I was just adding to your post rather than disagreeing with it😊 I think we’re more likely to see Denzel Washington in a Derby shirt than Conor!
  12. I still miss getting up to switch over 😊
  13. I remember Nelson struggling initially with their physicality but he grew into the game and became his usual dominant self.
  14. I think the club has been pretty fair to fans TBH. Sometimes you’re better off sneaking them up £10 a year, rather than £60 in one go. They’ll be reasonable value if we go up, expensive if not. Living in Bristol, I’m more interested in what rail fares do.
  15. Collins is nothing without his physicality. He has to be able to charge around without fear of injury. The opposition will target his injury if he comes back too soon. I’d rather he was 100% fit before he risks a return.
  16. Strange first day to the fourth test. Morning session the pitch very unpredictable. England 112-5. Afternoon session England don’t lose a wicket and are close to 200. Root and Foakes have batted beautifully and sensibly. Bazball abandoned for a while. So pleased for Joe. He was playing well in his last innings before his brain fade moment. Looks really determined to put that right. If England can get close to 300, this could be very interesting. Pleased that Robinson is playing. Hope he can hit the right areas because he could take a few wickets with his height and the unpredictable bounce.
  17. I wouldn’t have minded but they hyped up TD for months! We found ourselves zoning out for long periods. Quite enjoyed Alice and Jack. Domhnall Gleeson and Andrea Riseborough excellent as the pair fated to be together in spite of her attachment issues. Rather improbable at times but a good tale which I got caught up in. Interesting that this came out at the same time as the excellent One Day. Nice to see romantic drama about true love in a world currently dominated by dross like Love Island.
  18. This forum is nuts sometimes. Slagging off Steve Evans last week for his comments on referees then suggesting Madley might be biased against us. I despair.
  19. The Cross Country service I rely upon on Saturdays runs from Plymouth to Aberdeen and so is catering for people travelling to and from family (often students) plus an array of football fans. So how do they respond? By putting on five coaches! By definition, some are travelling for five or six hours but there’s rarely a trolley service due to ‘staff shortages’. We play a regular game where I pay them, then wait to claim back some of that money because they were late arriving. Our rail service is shocking, except of course for the London commuter trains which politicians are most likely to use.
  20. Thanks for posting. Just preparing to vent!
  21. He will probably need a few games to get back up to speed and needs a goal early to give him confidence. This move might not work but if it does, it could be marvellous.
  22. If we had been offered Smith, Gregory or Gayle, how many would have voted for the first two?
  23. we’re gonna win the league, and now you’re gonna believe us!
