I think you made an unfortunate slip there - I've been following your comments - the friday afternoon call was to say Steve Morgan was the new owner and you had a follow up conversation with your mate last night who confirmed it. I think if folk think Steve Gibson will be the ne owner there'll be a meltdown ?

Yep - nothing yet from Kirchner, apparently 3 other people interested including Ashley but they may not be easy to resurrect,  Admins won't talk to Ashley so he's allegedly in the ear of EFL and Sky and the pitch looks nice which may or may not be a good sign... 

I would imagine the individuals involved in that all know each other well enough - Redrow and Clowes have done plenty of property deals in the past together.

I understood he and Jez Moxey, who was CEO at Wolves under Morgan, were part of the Appleby consortium. I guess if he's pulled out of that and now going alone Appleby will have lost his major backer!

Ed Dawes has not done anyone any favours with his release - no evidence at this stage. Just as unprofessional as his match day commentaries.
CK would not have gone as far as he has, unless he was genuine, as it has cost him plenty to date.
I believe he has sent the money but it is stuck in the system due to Money Laundering Checks. When I was involved in Banking 15yrs ago MLC were bad enough - goodness knows what they are like now. 
I believe CK will be as upset/disappointed that things have not finalised, just as much as we are.
Lets just wait for some formal statements from CK, Administrators or the EFL before we start crucifying people, with no evidence to justify. Something must come out today, so lets wait for it.
There is so much vitriol against CK at the moment, he might change is mind anyway!
If its just a matter of a few more days whilst the authorities carry out their checks, then so be it.

Anything less than takeover completion, Rooney signing a lifetime contract, every single first team player re-signing and five new players to bolster the ranks all being announced by 17.00 tomorrow and I am going to go and glue myself to the Greggs at Pride Park.

I expect the club to be run in a sustainable way. The income we should generate will provide enough income in league 1 without the owner having to plough in millions.

It matters because you are on a Derby forum doling out doom diatribes on a daily basis. If you want respect, give it and answer the question put to you on multiple occasions by multiple posters. Your evasiveness just comes across as sketchy AF to be honest and is simply going to lead to you being more and more regularly called out. Frankly, it's all very well claiming to have grand affection for the club, but when you clearly have very little for the supporters, this is the inevitable upshot.
In all honesty, I've taken everything you've posted with a massive pinch of salt and have never been that concerned about not having a club to support moving forwards. That's not true of everyone on here, however, as you well know, so given your posting record, I have to conclude that your motivations are less than savoury. Even setting your relentless, one-sided and materially flawed narrative aside, the fact is you've not been right about anything thus far which makes me wonder further why you bother. Hard to draw more than a single conclusion, I'm afraid. And before you trot out more lame BS about how I should be a politician, or other lame attempts at deflection, this is me exercising the right to free speech you're so keen to claim and advocate.
