Chesse and Bacon Oatcakes are awesome , my mam lives in Cheadle , great oatcakes there

I'm a Cheadle lad - Presumably this is the little shop down from the monument? If so, 'tis true, they are awesome.

Oatcakes always make for an interesting round of bickering between me and the missus. She's from Lancs, and up there oatcakes are biscuits. Fookwits. 'http://www.dcfcfans.co.uk/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/rolleyes' class='bbc_emoticon' alt='' />

Anybody ever have a pattie?

2 layers of potatoe with a layer of fish inbetween, deep fried from the chippy. Some people call them scallops?

Sometimes called Yorkshire Fishcakes. They are ok if the potato is cut thinly.
