plymouthram
With Frank Lampard getting the sack and Steven Schumacher, their manager being a Liverpool born lad. Also an ex player who started his playing career at Everton, could be be in the running for the job. Everton, no longer a big spending club might not be able to attract a big name, but someone like Schumacher could fit the bill. This might rock Plymouth's season and dare I say enhance the Rams chances.
Carl Sagan
Sadly no chance. Everton will want a name manager, not someone who might actually do a good job. I did just put a bet on Plymouth for automatics. Can't believe Ipswich are miles ahead of them in the odds! Tamworthram

Ambitious
Nope. Everton aren't run too dissimilar to how we were under Mel. I doubt they even know who the Plymouth manager is - Dyche, Bielsa or even Rooney is who I expect. The idea of the likes of Calvert Lewin, Tom Davies, et al working double/triple shifts under Bielsa does give me a laugh. Rammy03

Loughborough Ram
Dyche seems an obvious choice. I'd be amazed if it's anyone else.
Taribo
Time to wind up the rumour mill and attempt a Steve Mac/Newcastle fiasco like we had?

He can claim to have been in a dogfight and come out, though unsuccessfully, admirably.
