Who will be taking them this year? Don't see an obvious candidate... Hourihane? Barkhuisen? McGoldrick? Say what you will about TL, but I was always pretty confident that he would score a penalty (the rare times that referees forgot EFL rules and awarded us one!).

Collins, without a doubt. We’ve signed him to be our main goal threat, so it makes absolute sense that he’s the one to take the penalties. Got experience with them throughout his career, with a good record too - scoring 25 and only missing 7.

Should always be the responsibility of your main striker to take penalties imo. Lawrence was a bit of an exception, as his penalty record was outstanding on the rare occasion he got to take one, but more technical players like him can often overthink penalties and be a bit dubious with them. Craig Bryson, for example - great strike on a football, but a woeful penalty taker. If Collins isn’t on the pitch for whatever reason, then Barkhuizen is probably the next best shout.

I would expect Collins to be first choice. If he isnt on the pitch I would be confident seeing any of Hourihane, McGoldrick, Barkhuizen or Bird take one

EFL will set the rules: To be taken from the centre circle, Kicker to be blindfolded. Opposition allowed 11 goalies for the kick.

Seriously Hourihane or any Senior player.
