Totally agree, but what I mean is, outside of bury, no one would care. Derby has a bigger profile, we’re still not a Liverpool or a Man Utd, but we are a bigger city, and a bigger club. No one bar the bury fans has really noticed their disappearance. People will notice when Derby disappears.

Sky sports did a special on Bury, Captain spoke to owner live on Sky concerning non payment of wages

Sky News reporting Bury secretary chains herself to the ground

Sky news reported Bury supporters trying to get into Steve Dales premises, Where Dale was calling the Police

Sky sports do a special on Steve Dale concerning his previous companys and the purchase of Bury for £1

Unfortunately once Bury went bust, Only the citizens of Bury and a few outside of the town were bothered.

Certainly those filthy rich clubs in the Premier could have saved Bury with donations, But as you said...who's Bury

I wasn’t upset at reading all that and not surprised either - how can the EFL board sit there and not resign immediately - threatened by a member in Middlesbrough to be sued for apparently not doing their job so what do the EFL do - please don’t sue us you should sue Derby a fellow member club who they are supposed to be looking after and the EFL won’t stand in your way and they will help it happen even if it means liquidation for Derby but don’t sue us the EFL - absolute disgrace!

The EFL can make this stop right now and those politicians should be going right for jugular as Derby county have been set up to be humiliated and probably liquidated by deliberate actions of the governing body and the Middlesbrough parasite.

There simply must be legal action against these individuals for their conduct.

That's the point. Gibson has manouvered the EFL through some 4-d chess moves into the space between a rock or a very hard lace. EFL now have Hobson's choice:

1. Sued by Boro

2. Severaly berated/reformed  by Gov't for not sorting the mess out.

Outcome for both: Derby are liquid.

I'm surprised Parry has "admitted" to being crap a few years ago on record because surely that leave the EFL extremely personally vulnerable but EFL will not budge without extreme pressure from outside. And it will go to the 11th hour.

Mr Gibson is the issue - he's the cause of the cause (forgetting MM of course) so that'e where the focus needs to be.

Boro suing the efl really means suing every other club in the league. If they sue efl for £30m, that’s nearly £500k from every other football league club. So there’s not many teams that are advocates for that outcome.

although it would be brilliant if it did end up like that and everyone hated Boro and the efl as much as we do right now.

But I remember us floating a bit about how the efl lost their case against us re the stadium sale, and had to cover our court costs, which were paid for by the members of the league. In that case I don’t think we won many friends, but then it was the efl bringing a doomed case and badly preparing for it. Just one of a million examples of the elf being poo.

We have been assured by the EFL that anyone who has a personal interest in the Derby County, Middlesbrough, Wycombe saga have not been involved in any discussions/decisions made within the EFL

Surely, if the EFL Board, as a whole, have agreed with Middlesborough to take action against Derby to avoid Middlesbrough suing the EFL - then all the members of the EFL Board currently have a conflict of interest in any discussion/decision whether to deem the Middlesborough a “Football debt”.

So if the guy on the Boro Board wasn't involved in the Derby matters how come Gibson knew all the details of our confidential bidding process, (knew they were being sold "on the cheap"),  knew that there were "problems" with how things were being done at Derby even after Morris had gone,  and that bleated all thsi crap too the owner of the Boro fans forum? Wher did Gibson get all this confidential information from , if not his colleague on the Boro and EFL Boards?

He may have had to leave the room when things were being discussed but was still able to  catch up on all this stuff and leak it to Gibson who then leaks it (with his twist on the current situation)  onto the Boro forum.
