Whatever it is he needs to let Godleman have a barrel of it. He really looks like a proper batsman now, 7 almost feels to low for him. Told you it would be all over in 2 days ? Great recovery. Dal is inspired at the moment. Just wondering who will partner Masood when he returns at the top of the order, Reece or Came ? I think Came and then Reece goes back to 6 as I don’t think we see Cartwright again now as he’s off to play in that other rubbish. Now it seems to be settling down we ideally could do with another 150 -175. Not sure we'll get them though.
Steve Buckley’s Dog
First wicket of the day falls. Shame. Obvious thing to say but we need as many as we can get here. A lead of 300 odd has to be the aim I think.
Grumpy Git
Anuj Dal gets a ton to go with his 55 in the first innings, currently on 104 not out, but running out of partners at 331/9 (276 lead). ? Magicman

jimbo jones
Superb from Dal, gives us a chance, which looked miles away at 130 all out. angieram and Phoenix

Eddie
I said at the start of the season that my wish was for Derbyshire to be 'competitive' this season. Well, we've got that in spades now - they just won't lie down (well, not outside Taunton anyway). sage
WE appear to be trying to lose it 135-5. very small boundary on one side, so if the ball isn't doing much, there are easy runs

jimbo jones
Been a bit disappointed with the general demeanour in the field this morning. Would have thought we’d have come out a bit more chirpy, had the feel of a team going through the motions and waiting for a wicket to come.
