On the limited attendances, it’s simple.

Season ticket holders only initially.

Limit the number of season tickets sold.

No more than 6 together if from different addresses.

No away fans.

Photo ID on arrival, transferring tickets to mates not allowed.

Staggered arrival time, if you’re not in the ground within your allotted time frame, tough luck.

Drinks can be taken to your seats, no congregating in the concourses.

Wouldn't be surprised if this is very close to what happens with restrictions to this slowly being lifted.

The EFL have got to lift restrictions on streaming costs, if Derby want to sell passes for a fiver, let them.

Whatever changes are made to allow limited number of fans back in the ground, you will always have some that say it isn’t fair.

Staggered entry times may not be on the agenda, but don’t think for a second that you will see 30,000 fans going about there normal match day routine as usual.

Fans will be allowed in stadia in October, says Johnson.

Well, if that last line is to be adhered to, I can't see Cardiff City having fans in for a bloody long time!

"Fair" will not be a consideration.

"Safest"?  It better be!
"Strict rules"?  Let's hope so!
"No excuses, no if's, no but's"?  Damn right!

I don't want to be allotted a safe entry time of 14:55, just as 55 others all turn up at the same turnstiles, all later than their allotted entry time, because their bus broke down, and all pushing and shoving because the game is about to kick off!

As @David suggested... "Staggered arrival time, if you’re not in the ground within your allotted time frame, tough luck."

IF they are the rules... and I personally hope they are the rules, but nobody knows just yet... then I sincerely hope the club stick to them, otherwise, they could be back in court before Mel has even had time to get his suit dry cleaned!
