You say in jest, but it’s still a valid point!

I can safely say my wife is let nowhere near on christmas day, not a conscious decision based on any equality, More the fact i want something edible for my dinner.

when you say "rap", do you mean verbally describe what you are doing, but with a nice jingly tune in the background... and maybe throw in a bit of beat box!

My bird has a large breast.
When cooked, I let it rest.
Tastes better with bread sauce,
and thick gravy, of course. (Innit!)

etc, etc...

Very good, gotta love tpos...

I think your problem David is school-boy levels of preparation!

If you don't bother to warm it up first and just stick it in stone cold, then you are on to a loser straight away.

You also need to get some serious moisture on your bird. You gotta baste the whole thing with copious amounts of juice....and once she is hot and leaking you gotta keep dripping the bird's own juices everywhere.

You also need to ram it full to busting, I love good stuffing and I promise you won't regret the effort.

Young man I am surprised as you, coming from todays progressive generation that you would assume Davids women in his life will be tied to the kitchen cooking on Christmas day.

How do you know its not David that is clearly incapable of cooking a turkey to the point its almost radioactive?

That reminded me of the scene in The Thing when the doc tries to resuscitate someone with a defibrillator and the guys chest opens up.

How to spot a liar.

Anyone that tries to claim it’s your cooking and not the Turkey’s fault.

So many people in denial it’s frightening, the only person that can make turkey edible was Bernard Matthews and chances are he was probably using horse meat as well.
