Even a club with 20 different native speakers, doesnt mean 20 languages get spoken at the training ground.

English is the international language and spoken at a very good level by most small countries.
It would take a collection of 3 or more individials from one country in the playing staff for them to suddenly start using it amoungst themselves, and even then, they would change it for the larger group.

Apart from the money, one main reason for the influx of foreigners in the Premier is because english is our language and most people are happy with that. Im sure theres a lot of individuals are more happy coming to england then having to go to germany, spain or italy where they might not be so fine with the idea of learning a new difficult language.

The thing with Watford said the problem was they weren't all speaking English including the manager who said cliques were forming and he was going to force the use of English.

Good luck with that. Also says something about the dire state of British players and managers in Football today.
