If I'm watching anything to do with heights on telly it's as though I'm actually there and get the same uncomfortable feelings I'd get if I was there. Suddenly developed an absurd fear of heights a few years back. Was on a zipline and got so freaked out I tried to step off the platform before they'd clipped on my harness. The next week I took myself down to the local high-ropes and did the course 3 times in an effort to get over it. Only partially worked if I'm honest.
