May Contain Nuts
Beer?? Everyone knows it's all about cider nowadays! Feck no. I've never found a 'good' cider that doesn't taste 90% like all the ***** ciders. They all smell the same, they all taste the same, they all look the same, they all have exactly the same level of carbonation (either flat or fizzy as feck) I'm open to suggestions though! eddie
Fancy double or quits on my favourite real ale? Yes, but I'm only going to have one guess tonight (I'm deep into a bottle of Christmas present rum at the moment, and the rum is winning). 1. Is it a British beer? It's basically the natural airborne yeasts that give ciders their unique tart taste (I'm talking proper ciders here, not the back-sweetened stuff). When I say 'unique', I suppose I don't really mean that. Some Belgian Lambics and pretty well all champagnes share the same characteristics of flavour profile.
