Wolfie
Wow, didn't realise he was 85 years old!. Very sad. I used to love the 2 Ronnies as a kid. The Phantom Raspberry Blower of Old London Town (I think it was).
Duracell
Funny to his dying day. Prepared to move with the times as well - see his performance in Extras. The Two Ronnies were every bit as influential on British comedy as Monty Python, IMO. RIP.

The Grim Reaper is working overtime.

Comedy seemed a much gentler, family friendly thing back then. Revisiting the Two Ronnies shows reveals how clever they were at hiding slightly risque innuendo to amuse the adults viewers while the children watching would be unaware. The beauty of their comedy was just how clever it was, how well thought out. The mastermind sketch is genius but never having to be crude or outright offensive.
