No way Brian or Nigel would after what he did but then again they wouldn't have provoked a player into doing it

We need him back big time

Change your user name to 'Turdo' because you are talking crap.

Funny crap, mind.

for all the posturing and innuendo noone has actually said what is supposed to have happened on here.

Buxton kicked a black player into a tree. SM went mental, obviously. Bucko then explained that that was how it was done under Nigel Clough. SM again went mental and said he didn't care how it was done under Nigel Clough. Bryson then waded in saying that Nigel was the Godfather of his unborn child and that he deserved more respect.

Eric Steel at this point took a sip of a cup of coffee (Costa I believe) and burnt his tongue. As he yelped, Mats Morch walked past and said in a strong Swedish accent (Which is odd as he is Norwegian) "Oh no Eric, you get the burn fluffy tongue".

Hendrick over heard this while sleeping with someone elses girlfriend by the corner flag, and Theo Robinson cycled past on a mountain bike that was too small for him, wearing headphones that were too big for him.

And thus, the rumours began.

Too many E numbers today Troy?

Jake is the best defender at the club.

If you look at the first team CB's...

Shotton

Keogh

Raul

Zak

You wouldn't pick one of them in front of Jake. He can head, tackle and distribute the ball better than all of them. People mention his lack of pace but his reading of the game rarely allows that to be an issue. He's got more football nous and more technical ability than the rest of them put together.

All our defenders are a bit too nice. Including bucko. We need a few defenders with a bit of bite - a slightly nasty side. Shackell had it. Igor had it. Mcfarland had it.....but not many do.

I thought shotton would have it but he's as soft as grease.

albentosa looks like he should be tough, but he's all smiles.

Warnock seems to be hiding his nasty side since the sending off.

nip a few ankles please gentlemen.

Do these two somehow rule each other out?

Shackell wasn't nasty. That's what caused the argument between him and Clough. Whilst he was good at winning headers, he certainly lacked the commitment and bravery you'd expect.
