Rampage
U21 Cup Draw. Remaining teams in semi final draw:-Derby CountyBlackburn- We have beaten them away in the league 2Reading - We have beaten them away in the league 2Southampton v Watford (game postponed)Southampton are second in Div 1. Watford are bizarrely not in Div 1 or 2 as far as I can make out.Derby County remaining games in Div 2:- six at home and 2 away. Leaves us with a slight chance of promotion to Div 1. (pity that we lost against Boro). Newcastle, Arsenal, Boro and WBA are the teams above us. We have Newcastle to play twice, Arsenal at home and WBA away of our main rivals.------Other Cup - qualified already for semis. Doncaster next Wednesday at 1pm at Academy (dead rubber)

FrostedRam
Callum guy has signed his first pro contract Wonder who else from under 18 s will move up to U21s
Rampage
Callum Guy still qualifies for the U18s. I have said recently how well he has played for the U21s. It is a great thing when the Management team can see what the majority of fans can see and then move to do something about it. U21 games have vultures circling above who want to pull a fast one on Derby County. It has never been more unlikely to happen than it is now. The message to the other players is abundantly clear now. Forget your age son, if you are good enough then we will cracking out a contract for you double quick. Guy must have spent all of three seconds making his decision. He has a very acute brain and does all the correct things quickly because that is what he has been taught to do and he is a willing learner. these young players can scent a long career in the Premiership playing for a very attractive side. Who wants to play for a team of scuffers even if the wages are good?
