Leicester Ram
No, sorry just checked - the full title is The Raid: Redemption, Indonesian Martial arts film, has english subtitles Some of the best action scenes i've seen in a movie. If you like fight scenes, cool martial arts moves or just general badassery, it's worth a watch Absolutely awesome film, not much in the way in of story or dialogue, but it doesn't need it. 10/10 for what it is

r4derby
Spirited away is another good one. Completely agree. However, Spirited Away appears on a lot of "films to see before you die" lists, therefore more widely known. Hence I went for the lesser known Ghibli option. TrueLou
Infernal Affairs - Korean original of Departed. Superior. Mongol - Genghis Khan bio Night of the Fireflies - Heartbreaking anime about the aftermath of the atom bomb Blue Valentine - Ryan Gosling/Michelle Williams - depressing but great performance by both The Outsiders - littered with Hollywood superstars before they found fame. Excellent movie.

That is a good description of Virginia Mayo in the 1947 version starring Danny Kaye. Rosalind definitely gave me van Hoorn.
