Burton_Ram
How on earth did Richard Dunne get MOTM? Granted he had a solid game, but surely the team with 65% possession, 14 corners and far more attacking play would have had the MOTM? Who would your MOTM have been? Cisse
Dunne stopped about 12 corners.

eddie
Nope. Richard Dunne was absolutely superb, and never gave Chris Martin a sniff. Thoroughly deserved it.
DcFc Dyycheee
kinda answered your own question as to why, Yes we had all of the ball Yes we had all the chances But we scored 0 goals and he stopped near on all the corners that went in and stopped our main threat Martin., so that's probably why he got MOTM. George Thorne was probably our MOTM.
ChaddesdenRam
Had to be a QPR player So Zamora or Dunne.
kingsy1884
Dunne had an excellent game. We could have had 28 corners and still not scored. He is very 'no nonsense' and that does help from time to time.
Gritstone Ram
Thorne was the best player on the pitch by far apart from jake.
jimbobram
MOTM had to go to the winning team, regardless of how ***** they were. For me, Thorne or Hughes would have got it
CumbrianRam
Rob Green was their best player, annoyingly.

Uptherams
Nope. Richard Dunne was absolutely superb, and never gave Chris Martin a sniff. Thoroughly deserved it. Then why did Martin keep picking up the ball outside their box.
Alph
George Thorne imo. 10/10.
top 6 finish
Dunne is so ancient he still wears those stiff brown leather boots,he only played well because we let him. What happened to the concept of the short corner, and corners to the near post can be effective as a surprise move as long as you have a bloke standing there. Srg
George Thorne. Easy answer.
eddie
Then why did Martin keep picking up the ball outside their box. Jesus bloody Christmas trees. If Martin comes back to the half way line, do you seriously expect the central defender to follow him? What about when he goes for a piss at half time? Do you expect Dunne to hold the door open for him? In the areas that counted (i.e. The QPR box), Martin was out-thought, out-headed and out-tackled by probably the slowest person on the pitch physically, but the fastest mentally. This is not a criticism of Martin, but it is recognition of a superb performance by a vastly experienced international defender.
jezram
For us it was Thorne But overall, Green, that stop from Martin defied logic of movement
Smalley Ram
Dunne for them and Thorne for us. Dunne overall though, he was the one player that stopped us getting a clear lead

eddie
Calm down love. Sorry darling, but your post was so utterly puerile and seemed to betray the fact that you didn't have any sort of a clue about football that something had to be said - for your benefit, not mine.
