North_Stand_Ram
How good was this lad today? Seems to have a new lease of life under Eric Steele. That save he made from point blank range when he basically clawed it out the goal was unreal.
froggg
Sounded like he played out of his skin......
RodleyRam
Was outstanding today, one of the saves was genuinely world class and visibly knocked the stuffing out of them. Hope he gets his mojo back from that performance!
Stedcfc
That save was unbelievable. Don't know if it was just our view of it but he looked about 8 yards out. Didn't put a foot wrong today
Mostyn6
his shot-stopping was never in doubt. He even saved a penalty under the previous coaching regime. HIs command of the area, more specifically, his dominance in the box from crosses/corners is where he needs to improve.

nfb
He came in and started to falter, confidence started to go, bring in the new boys, and he's looking like the keeper we hoped he would be, brilliant today, and when he stopped the Powell volley they seemed to realise it wasnt their day...... Great job all connected with DCFC 3 points behind Pool with Boro and Pool to play at home, by this time next week.........
Carl Sagan
Actually thought he might have saved the goal. Looked slightly slow getting across for it. But did very well indeed the rest of the time, so I shan't hold it against him. Has been one of the weaker links so far, but can be one of the best in the division. No surprise if he's improving under Steele, his original mentor and the country's top goalkeeping coach. Augers very well for the future. Good to have Leggy on the bench to push him too. Day
I'm sure Legzdins being back fit, on the bench and wanting his shirt has nothing to do with it either......

YorkshireRam
People are too easy to criticise certain players, Grant and Forsyth have picked up their performances in recent games and suddenly all the people slating them seem to vanish... very strange that
PrivateDerby
Are you all talking about the swallow dive to his right up the other end? Pushed it out with one hand stretched... nice. That freekick of theirs that hit the underside was going in though, but it was a fantastic strike. Well in Lee!

-JW-
He was triffic. Good handling and kicking as well as the saves.
North_Stand_Ram
Forsyth is another one. Torn apart at QPR but looked another player today. He was up against a player who cost Wigan 3 million in the summer and made him look ordinary. Also attacking much better now!

Why does it have to be I'm right, you're wrong scenarios! When I criticise players it's because I want them to do better! Thought Forsyth was pretty rank for the early part of the season, turning it around and fair play to him! I can't be bothered debating this anyway, too happy daydreaming of promotion! loughboroughRAM
sounded like he made two or three match winning saves today... although from the commentary it sounded like forsyth had a good game as well making some good tackles etc
The Scarlet Pimpernel
Love the way Mac in his Radio Derby interview seemed to be quite critical of our second half performance. Got high standards and obviously wants us to control the whole game.

WilkoRam
It's great to see Grant performing like we'd hoped. Let's see if he continues to improve under Steele. I don't want to take a swipe at outgoing coaches but it does make me wonder if Fielding would have fulfilled more of his potential had he been here when Steele arrived. Anyway that's in the past and the future is looking bright
