Sometimes they really don't know what has happened but do the piece anyway and sometimes they just lie. Very seldom they are forced to print some correction, usually that four lines on page 19. Thats because Hall (1) had an expensive lawyer and (2) is a celebrity. And of course he didnt actually abduct any girls which is a rather series offence in its own right.
