If Kirchner's money comes through, do we get to keep it?

Really does feel like we are back to square 1 today and the most alarming thing about that is it might mean we need another 2,000 pages on this forum topic before we're back to almost not being disappointed.

Q are officers of the court,  the EFL has no power over them as regards the Administration of the club, the only power the EFL has is in respect to the clubs adherence to EFL regulations.

But what specifically was he supposed to fail the fit and proper person test on? 

And when asked if MM could own another club after leaving us in this position (no matter what we think about Q or anyone else he’s the reason we have this thread) Rick Parry said yes.  Because EFL rules say you can totally mess up (being extremely polite) one club but not two.  WTF is that all about!!  If you’ve done it once, you shouldn’t be anywhere near another club.

sorry my club is derby county football club
my sacred memories are interwoven in this club. i support them cos thats how my dad brought me up, he was my only tie to the club. 

if they go, i go, dads gone and it would be final nail in the coffin and an end of whats been an amazing but ultimately soul destroying adventure.

When you talk of the EFL you are talking about all 72 clubs. Why should 1 club be able to make the rules up as they go along? Bury didn’t have any of the chances we’ve had. Just a thought,  what role does the administrator play?  It is a legal issue.  Nothing to do with EFL.  The points deductions are the only reason for marching. Who placed the club into administration?  The administrator has to get the best deal for creditors regardless of all other matters (If creditors are to come out of this with any of their money back).  I dare say that there are a few amongst them that think they deserve just as much as football creditors as well.
