Not sure the split is quite as clean as they say there... £21.4m clears debt as per Kirchners bid and around £23.5m clears the stadium at £20m plus the additional approx £3.5m secured against it when MSD loaned more money to keep us going... so I guess around £45m does it... So in total it's pretty much there I think - Just need Q to stop sitting on their hands and take some action

Q wouldn't care if it was 50 for the stadium because it is not their gig. The important number is the club side only

Ok, some wild not remotely ITK guesswork.

Bid is $50 million not £50 million so actually £41 million for club and stadium

£21.4M required to service creditors leave £19.6 million for the stadium

That leaves Morris needing to cough up £3.9 million more to service the MSD debt, assuming all of that figure is secured against the stadium

BUT... Kirchner reported to have underwritten £1.6 million of the shortfall for the wages bill

SO... Sale of any of Buchanan, Knight, Bird etc OR Morris to man up and do the right thing would allow us to exit admin without further ado.*

*CAVEAT: All of the above conditional to Fat Mike EITHER not continuing to drag Derby to the edge of extinction with a frivolous and rathrer transparent lawsuit OR pulling on his big boy pants, checking his ego at the door and finally submitting a credible bid matching or surpassing the best current offer.

Or like every other takeover story it could be a load of round things

Says a "friend" told her.  TBH I don't read her tweets as attention seeking but like I said about a gazillion pages ago, I don't know what, or who to believe any more until we get a formal statement confirming the purchase has been done.

Suggest nobody. We have been hurt too many times. Even BBC derby radio and BBC TV east Midlands cannot agree

Did CK bid before being made PB? But anyway being made PB meant you got to examine the books in detail didn't it? You'd not bid before then would you?

That's the way it works. You bid on the administrators figures. Made PB. See the books in detail to do your due diligence, then make your mind up if you want to continue. Was told that is the way it is by somebody close to one of the interested parties

£20.5m doesn't matter who, but someone has to pay it.

    25% is about £750k, 35% is an extra £300k

It's a figure worth up to £8.4m. Some may have already been paid off  and a significant amount is if we earn promotion to the PL with Bielik in the next couple of years

No. They rank above unsecured creditors, but below MSD (stadium and seperate £3.5m loan), the administrators and football creditors

No. To exit administration, we will need approval from the EFL. To get approval, we need to know which stadium we'll be using. To know which stadium we'll be using, someone needs to pay the full £20.5m to MSD.

MSD loan is about 25 as they put in more to keep us going

You know. Maybe ist just a preference thing. But I don’t quite understand all the  Nixon slagging.

The bloke is cryptic at times. But, to me, that just implies he’s being honest. Most stories/situations are actually boring and process driven, as opposed to fanciful and conspiracy laden.

Take the CK situation; there really was nothing to suggest he wasn’t going to get the deal done. All contracts were signed and agreed. He even sent the money. All of this can actually be tracked by the parties involved. Then he pulled his offer. So up until he pulled the offer, everybody involved seemed to agree it was all going well (if not a bit lengthy).

I’m sure some details will come out about why it has gone done the way it has. And I’d be surprised if those details aren’t just boring process related issues. But that’s beside the point.

Nixon can be a wee bit rash and frustrating at times. But he always seems pretty level on reporting matters. Or like I said, maybe it’s just a preference thing ?‍♂️

He certainly kept going on a out a plan B for CK which may or may not be running. I have asked twice if CK might come back in should the need money land. Unusually no answer from him

Being lucky would have been just that, lucky.  A get out of jail free card.

I think we can probably all agree the actual biggest mistake is signing the wrong players for too high prices (we've been through the list a million times on here already, so no need to do it again).  But I think the more subtle and interesting mistake is that we held on to players for too long.  We should never have convinced Bryson to stay when Burnley wanted him, for example.  The same with Keogh, Martin, and probably a lot more.  We ended up renewing their contracts and paying near-premier league salaries while we were in the championship.  And then most of them left for free.  If you look at Brentford, they do the opposite - they've moved on Watkins, Benrahma, Maupay and so on, and then use that money to go and get the next guy, while covering any overspend at the same time.

We could have done a Brentford but the administrators gave they away for next to nothing

This is the biggest sign something was going wrong.

He's an active man on twitter, then he's just disappeared. He's a coward in my eyes..... if its gone tits up, money not gone through, whatever, just be a man, explain you've messed up and apologise.

I don't agree with any abuse he or anyone else gets, but if he just said yeah look, my finances have gone to s***, it won't pass AML, whatever, then he'll get a lot more understanding voices. The worst thing you can do after giving it the biggun, is falling off the face of the earth

Correct unless he is doing something in the background and cannot say. Just have that feeling although it often lets me down
