The worst bit is CKs has outlined a pretty good plan. Gary Cook coming on board, Rooney will sign a 3 year deal, Stratford involved heavily. I wonder if someone else gets the club if he’ll be able to chip in still. I’d hope so for his sake as he’s got this far and cleared the path way for everyone else. Like a sprinter leading the race then trips 5m away from the line and doesn’t come first
Surely we are due for a bit of luck and cks money being released. Been there 22 days , since 19th of may apparently and is just stick. Pray for it to be released, everything else looks to have failed

I heard Ed Dawes live releasing the news about exclusivity. I went on Twitter immediately and found that John Percy had released the same news 2 minutes earlier. Unless I am missing something, Nixon has not said that CK exclusivity is withdrawn.
He has said strongly it has not been withdrawn

Whilst these anti money laundering police are busy with Derby county you have to assume they were on holiday when gun smugglers were buying Portsmouth or Russian puppets were buying Chelsea or sinking money into Arsenal or Everton as there does seem to be a lot of inconsistencies around
Not clear if it is UK laundering police or USA

Shocking that a Mod should use a pun that's already been used...you need to be swept away by the Tide.
This van persil is he from dirty Leeds

I think that's a wee bit harsh.
It's not like he's gone with a story without it having some meat on the bones, after all.
As of this moment, nothing official has been forthcoming, he may yet have nailed it or not?
Pity he didn't wait until he got something off the major players rather than rush in at 7am to get the scoop. Been up all night but I wonder who he was speaking to with CK over here, Rooney,Cook and the agent in the UK.

Also, funds being released by the money police (if that's the case) they still need to make their way to creditors etc.
If the funds are there would have thought it would be run very quickly just like running a pay role. Q have had plenty of time to get a database in place with name, bank code, account number and amount. Gone in seconds

They investigate lots of money transfers.
But would you put in in the public domain, just look at this board to see how people jump to conclusions

No, I believe the £28m was purely for the club/creditors - PP was not included if below report is to be believed. I think they might have made a subsequent offer of circa £30m which did include the stadium
https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/60085954
Wouldn't be surprised now if potential buyers other than Ashley came forward. The big sticking points back in Dec/Jan were the parasite claims & the sale of PP - assuming Clowes is happy to lease to other buyers, there's a clearer deal to be struck with a new bidder that may mean us avoiding 15 points.
Fully support Quantuma proposing to end exclusivity to Kirchner & by the by, his conduct when questioned on the golf course today was a disgrace. He is very aware of how desperate fans are & it wouldn't have hurt to have just fronted up & offered some assurances or empathy if he wasn't in a position to offer clarity. Like many on Twitter have remarked, it looked like an episode of Rogue Traders.
30 looks a non starter. 22 for stadium, 5 for the loan that kept us going, several for admins that leaves about nothing for tax man and creditors

But if Q are now talking about removing CK’s PB status then they must have doubts that he will/can complete the deal within a reasonable period of time and it’s time to open up the bidding to other inferior, but more creditable, offers.
Quite the opposite. They must think he is still viable or they would have thrown him out. If he comes up with the cash first it will still be his but now I see pressure to come up with cadh

Why couldn't he tell us that?
He could but would you broadcast some government body was investigating you.

It does look grim trouble is so many stories going round many based it appears on what Ed D put out at 6am. BUT then it was will collapse, now it is could collapse. Sweden on Facebook two claims that the money has left his account. Who knows outside the chosen few what the truth is. Personally I hope the money has left his account as I fear the alternatives. Better to go in hope....

Look at it logically. CK wants to be a sporting giant worldwide. If this falls through who is going to touch him worldwide, how many of the golf things he sponsors will want him with that reputation and how will it hit his company if the owner cannot be trusted. On top of that look at the money he has thrown away on legals as well. I think a low of water has to go under a lot of bridges today and it is not over because the fat lady is clearing her throat
-
If the money is stuck due to laundering checks might explain why CK claimed to have 35 lawyers working after he claimed to have signed the buying contract

So that means us perceived wrist slashers were right to be concerned then. This is going to collapse, Kirchner is far too quite....
Time to stop jerking around and get Ashley or Appleby in!
If there's problems for CK do you expect something different should Ashley have a go at it. He would be buying the same things. CK is still in there do even if slowly must be moving along whatever the problem is

We didn’t miss three days due to Bank Holidays. These are business people who can work through holidays. And the British end will certainly be able to work through US holidays and vice versa. Oh plus the deadline was May 31 so even if they forgot the US holiday that would only excuse one day delay.
I would not want to pay lawyers double time working bank holidays. Would be 3 days lost if some in USA and some in UK

To finally come out from administration does it have to go to some law court?

Didn't CK say he was doing a Waterfall payment plan of creditors? So, small creditors won't get paid for 2-3 years.
As long as footie creditors and HMRC are happy with their repayments, then that's all that matters.
Thought all creditor had to be paid a percentage up front rising to 35% within 3 years by installments

I suspect you could be right - whilst I'm hoping tomorrow, it could well be Tuesday or even Wednesday by the time the funds have cascaded all the way through the chain. I'd hope for some positive updates though to confirm the payments had started...
@david could be the one to let us know or any other creditor on here if and when they get a part payment

What Q have done is cover their rer ends should CKs money be found to be laundering, which in my book is doubtful. Gives CK more time for it to come through as any others go through the books and deals
