I can, He was in the running when I posted a couple of weeks ago to be the new owner, Things went very quiet, He is allegedly according to reports back in the mix along with 1-8 other interested parties.

Until a prospective owner sits down in front of the TV cameras and announces they have a bid on the table then all the information we read is from a 2nd- 3rd-4th-5th parties, Pub/golf talk, Twitter, Instagram, Rabid journalists that come out of the woodwork after having been invisible for 6 months, $hyte press releases from Q and the EFL, Bob Desert from Sky and any other Tom-Dick and Ducking Harry.

The best being imo, Lawrence playing golf with the yank so this must mean the yank is back in the fold, I see us kicking off with a threadbare underfunded squad of old and very young players just to fulfil next seasons fixtures in a RENTED stadium owned by MM

Wishful thinking that many won't agree with but possibly the fastest resolution is CK. He withdrew his bid, did not say he didn't want it. Supposed to be rich so if he can get his money unfrozen or find a different way to pay its over that hour. Lawrence being with him I agree could be one of his cryptic messages. Wonder if he asked TL to post it. All fantasy maybe but he is in a group of one who have actually put a bid in

I’m putting it out there, I’m not buying a season ticket while the club is in this state. I can’t afford to kiss goodbye to my money, fans would be very low down on the list when money is given out. Asking me, who has paid £££ in the past, to risk more money when they talk about millions as if they’re tenners, is not going happen. They’ve given me zero consideration up to now so I’m not considering my ticket now.

If you buy a season ticket use your credit card to pay. If club goes belly up you get your money from whoever issued your credit card. Not a guess a fact.

  3. Gstar bit back CK was looking to use a different stadium and it was reported that MM said something or did something along the lines that he would no longer drop what he was owed if the did not use pp stadium. Any idea what that was or the reality of him doing it please

I know you’re on the only side that matters, that of Derby County and all the rams fans. Just asked you as I knew you’d have the insight to answer so thank you for doing so ?

I can understand the frustration, there should be a way for us to contribute proactively for those with money who wish to do so. Q could write up T&Cs for a raffle for example that make it clear what the prize is, what the money generated will go towards and also a “what if” clause for if the club were to go under and the prize be null and void. I appreciate what another poster said about funds raised being redirected to service the debt but that isn’t what happened with money raised from tickets, merch, food and drink last season is it? So I wonder if there’s something within the admin rules that allow moneys generated through the business as an ongoing concern to continue being used as running costs.

The danger in this which was stated right near the start was for fans that really could not afford to donate money actually donating as their heart ? over ruled their heads and they put themselves into a bad financial position. That was around the time the collection to buy seats for those who could not afford them started. Never understood though why a cap was not passed around companies and quietly around very rich individuals

'His' loans (meaning his other companies) loans to the club are included within the £70m.

The £123m that people keep going on about IS NOT, I repeat IS NOT a creditor of The Derby County Football Club, so I am sorry but you are factually incorrect and the amounts are not comparable at all.

Wasn't the directors loan included in the creditors lust right at the beginning. Also when the press has it that CK was looking at other grounds the press said Morris would want all of his money back to force CK into getting pp stadium sorted

Exactly. Birch's reply says Q has told the EFL that they have responsibilities under GDPR. Why on Earth should EFL need to be told this?

All whitewash being poured over it just for public consumption trying to make the EFL look good. If we are bought they can claim it was them that made the difference, if we go under my they tried to help. Trying to make themselves reluctant and fend off TCs reorganization.

administrators are not doing their job if they don't work alongside the efl and sort it out.

black balling the efl risks the golden share getting revoked, then the creditors get nothing.

it is absolutely to do with the efl, we are members of their organisation and they need clarity about the coming season - not to be ignored. i can't believe people disagree with this point?

Correct but the EFL should not be party to what the bids are. Like it or not the administrators were appointed by a court, the efl were not. The EFL can have plenty of input and give advice and give deadlines and that is about all.

Why am I not surprised at this duck up by EFL. It is well known that EFL leak like a sieve to the press in fact some have alleged it's Birch himself who does it. So if I was bidding for the Rams (I am not by the way), I would want EFL to stay out of any negotiations until they are finalised.

Had to laugh when Birch cancelled coming up to see the administrators because somebody leaked it to the press.

It was £8.3m in November. SInce then we paid £1.5 m for Bielik instalment and possibly paid off much smaller ammouns to Wigan. SO of about £6m to £6.5 m outstanding now, of that debt around £2.5m for Joz and the rest for Bielik.

Didn't the EFL hold back some TV money to pay some of the transfer debt off
