Let's be honest , couple of away wins and what has gone before unfortunately will be forgotten

While we are on about refs have the rules changed on injured players going off if a card is shown to whoever caused the injury or did yesterday's ref invent it

Am I correct in thinking if I go abroad my computer will pick up that I am not in the UK and change its settings to where I am. Rams TV uses the computer location to allow you or not buy the streaming. Do t want to go away and ten find out I cannot watch because I haven't done something.

Someone needs to ask serious questions about how he was allowed to get so far through the process by Quantuma.
Did he have the cash but circumstances changed?
Did Stretford and co push Quantuma in to selecting him?
Did Quantuma simply not do enough due diligence on him?
Did the EFL do any of their own checks or did they simply assume Quantuma had done enough?
For what it's worth Nixon is adamant that he saw that the cash was in the bank. The way he wrote his story he saw it there because he would not push the money story out without seeing it. A point he has tweeted about many times. Sounds like Q or EFL showed him so he went with the story. Think it would have been Q as they needed somebody to back up them keeping CK as preferred bidder

He can take it out of the interest on the 20 odd million held up in the bank. Looks like he forgot to get Rooney's agent to get an agreement before they paid on his behalf. Contracts might exist between CK and dcfc and the ck and the agents but the money was rushed through at the last minute so a contract between agents and dcfc might not exist. Tough luck on CK

Time will tell, but I'm hopeful that LR will develop that cutting edge and mental toughness required to succeed. All said and done it's very much a results business and time is a luxury rarely afforded to football managers.
Wins in the first two matches will help. Get the monkey off our shoulders with an away win so Liam can prove he can do it

Completely agree. Plus, having built a great atmosphere and rapport last year, the more senior players from that group we can keep around the better in my opinion
Rosenoir said they were trying to get his contract through yesterday

Strange it's almost as if fozzie and Colin don't exist. Not a mention of either of them

Not a signing but Lawrence is reported to have signed for Rangers. Glasgow Times football. Would have thought he would be sent off every other week in with somebody the waist high tackles up there

I cannot see what the excitement about Mr Plop is. He is one of the most balanced posters I have ever seen. It's not a chip he has on both shoulders it is a log (from a tree) on both shoulders

One thing for sure if it is something to do with the training ground there will be 28000 not going to events at Locko Park

No, I think Pearce was an employee trying his best to make his boss's hare-brained schemes work.
After all, Mel was happy to interfere in footballing decisions, when he had no experience. He's a successful businessman, so it's beyond comprehension that he wouldn't be the driving force in business decisions.
So Mel knows all about amortization and the different ways if can be done said nobody

not sure the training ground is that vital at this stage. Clowes owns land, they can train on public land.
Important to the price he will pay?

Reminder it is Wednesday until midnight

It's ridiculous. If this has happened, in order to pay the wages the funds would have had to go through the clubs banking and payroll. In which case I can't see how Quantuma weren't aware of an obvious transgression. In which case Quantuma should be punished, not the football club, which is essentially; the fans, DCFC employees, coaching staff and a handful of players.
What about if t he e money was put in Qs account and they were told it was on behalf of CK who said he was funding us

My first thought on reading that too.. this is the EFL we are dealing with FFS.
Was the FA who by the looks of it are no better

I remember that too. Something about him just having a more expensive season ticket than the rest of us as well. Have tried to find it online but to no avail...

I concur. When something feels right it more often than not is right. When it doesn’t then it isn’t. The share distribution aligns exactly with the idea of further outside investment whereas KC’s funds being delayed due to bank holidays then AML checks was nothing but BS. I’m disappointed in myself for being taken in by it all and giving him the benefit of doubt. I should have known better. We all live in hope but the reality is in our subconscious we know things aren’t right. This time around it feels different. I have a good feeling about Mr Clowes intentions. My problem is I believed in MM too and look where that got us!!! So not sure if I’m the best judge of character ?♂️?♂️ Bottom line for me is that owners will come & go, players will come & go but as long as there is a Club and the will of the fans that follow it …. there will always be a DCFC.
Daft thing is when he bought the club MM made a comment, think to Colin Gibson, along the lines of not thinking he owned the club but he was custodian of it. Look where that got udy

What been said in the commons.
Big question was what do the EFL do. Mentions of Boro and Wycombe and fan lead review. Some critics of EFL on fit and proper person checks. Other than that mainly waffle due to dcfc being bought hopefully tomorrow
So here's a stat...
